This place is a Joke! I thought their prices in the Fredericksburg area were bad! Stopped in here to pick up some items I left back down south. $37 for two items I can get at a couple other stores back home for $22 to $24 bucks. Tobacco Hut is a Joke! Ill drive 50 miles to go to my local store! Before I drive one to put money in this guys pocket ever again! You want good business? Head to Ferry Farm Tobacco & Vape or CTs on white Oak Rd.

The price changes drastically every time for the same item. They up charge like crazy and I never know what to expect for the same item. I will definitely not be coming back.

SCAMMERS! They stole $200 from me and was not trying to refund me for THEIR mistake. I had to get the police involved just for them to give me my money back. I would give it 0 stars if could. Also they claimed being over charge is a frequent thing. Be careful ! Don’t get scammed like me !

Stay away from this place. I reported them to the state for not adhering to the MANDATORY covid guidelines. Not only does the guy working not wear a mask, he doesn’t force customers to neither (atleast not his friends that are customers). With so many people dying of covid, you could atleast do your part to try and stop the spread.

Hands down this spot has been the most consistent tobacco store I’ve been to in the area. Largest variety of ejuice i’ve ever seen. ALWAYS stocked up on anything I ever need. The owner is very polite and super knowledgeable about everything. Guaranteed best tobacco store in the area - no competition. Multiple stores - the other Tobacco Huts in the area bring the same feeling of consistency and good customer service as the Springfield location

I went in and they had everything I needed. The man who helped me did everything to help me. On top of that he worked with me on the price because I was a few bucks short and said as long as our customers are happy thats all that matters. I was extreamly grateful and impressed with the experience I had. The only tobacco shop i will ever go to!!

After reading the comments here, I definitely didnt meet with AJ. Last Friday when I went there, there is only that one guy in store. Seems like not too patient and just using phone most of the time. I dont mind it as I would like to shop peacefully and I just checked some 8 inch bongs. I didnt see any price tag on any of them. I was thinking in my mind This guy here can just make up any price and sure enough when I asked for the price he said 70$ for the 8 inch bong. I call it bs and checked on other store(Tobacco Plus) just like 5 min away and they have the same exact model for 37$. Never going there again.

Okay because its local and I usually have no issues. Last time though, I went to buy a product and the sales person increased the price and just said the time before that when I asked for the price for that product he must have made a mistake. I spend $140+ per visit and he even held on to the item as if I was going to run away with it if I got my hands on it.
