LOVE our new siding!!!!! The installers did a great job and we are very impressed with the finished results. We would highly recommend this company! Also I really appreciated how the installers took the time to clean up each night before they leftThey only thing that could of been better would of been the communication between us and the installers, but that mainly is cause I am a worrier and knowing they had to drive 3 hours back home after working all day in the heat. I would get worried when they didnt show up the next day or two but was expecting them to be here, guess thats the mama in me :)

We needed some siding replaced on the backside of our home after removing a very dilapidated deck. The guys came out, matched our current siding perfectly. They worked quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Very friendly bunch to work with.

We got all new siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters. They worked with us to find a price we could agree on, gave us a reasonable estimation of when the job would start, and then the crew showed up on time every day until the job was done. It looks fantastic and we are really pleased.

There was a time or two a worker was running a little behind but it was to ensure the results were quality. Don was also very accommodating in working out payment arrangements. I have been very disappointed in the response from the company in regard to issues we had with gutter guards. They assured us they could handle the gutters on our shop only to install a product that didn’t work & caused leaks. We contacted the company & was assured it would be taken care of. Have had to call multiple times and the problem still isn’t fixed. I understand that product might need to be ordered, but the lack of communication regarding delays is unprofessional. The company owner is a very smooth salesman but can’t back up his promises

We purchased guttering for our home. Don came to our home. He was informative, knowledgeable and we enjoyed his company. With in a few days the installers came and in less than a day we had guttering. The work was done well and I would recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the salesman as he did not pressure us in buying. The installers were very professional and did a great job on installing and cleaning the area.

So impressed with this company and their employees. They were on time or notified if there was any change. Professional and excellent product. Our first winter after we sided our home we noticed a big difference on how often the heater ran and saved around $100 per month on utilities (of course, we have Empire Electric so its a higher bill). We LOVE our siding! We chose a flat sawed log look which was perfect for the style of our home. Its been on 3 years now & looks as good today as it did following the install. I worked w/ Autumn Exteriors this last year when I talked w/ them about new windows for my home. I am a bit leery of companies that provide services to home owners because when living on the farm I found that many companies will take advantage of older folk when doing repairs, thinking that the home owner will not know when corners have been cut! Haleluia, Autumn Exteriors is a company that exemplifies the BEST CONTRACTORS IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI! Not only was Don congenial, he had the best examples of his products and had time to answer all of my questions. Terry called and made an appointment to do the measuring for the replacements and I found him to be helpful, personable and detail oriented to get the measurements exact! When Tony and his assistant came to put the windows in.. They were very invested in making sure I understood what they were going to do and how they do it.... then they cleaned up all the residue from the old windows, inside and out! YEA! This was the best experience I have had working w/ contractors... PLUS, the windows are SPECTACULAR, custom made, matching my interior, exterior and have a full width of air pocket that heightens the R value! BEAUTIFUL experience! GORGEOUS WINDOWS!

I was at the Spring and Garden Show in West Plains and visited their booth. I was interested in the Gutter Guard system . They came out gave an estimate. Measured the gutters. I asked about my kitchen window that had become cloudy. I bought the new kitchen window. They arrived on the day they said they would. I was worried about the custom trim on the window. They did excellent work. I will use them for more remodeling in the future. Wonderful reliable company. Love my Gutter Guard system too.

When it comes to the install of the product; I would have done a couple things differently but overall they did a good job. There should have been more communication when they were going to arrive each day. The sales man was very pleasant to talk to and very personal.

We purchased Timber Siding from Autumn Exteriors last summer and are very pleased with the transformation of our home. I have built and remolded house in my earlier years and have used some companies lately to do remodeling for me. The experience I had with Autumn Exteriors was the best I have had with a remodeler. All the people I dealt with from sales to installers to follow up personnel were all professional. The work was exceptional. I had a 12x80 porch ceiling covered in soffit and had 2 downspouts added. Work was done in a timely manner and the work site was cleaned up every day. I noticed a small error after the crew had left and contacted the company. They had someone come out and correct the error. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling work you may need.

Our house and garage look like new structures! We have had so many compliments from our neighbors about the beautiful color (Harbor Blue). Signed up for a QUOTE during a fair. The person who came to give the QUOTE was extremely rude, and aggressive about trying to force me into having this company do the job. My first red flag was when I was asked about a husband during scheduling, through text message. When I said that I did not believe that information was necessary he messaged back, it was for him because he likes the husband to be present as well. If I write down my information that is all that matters. If I had been asked to have my spouse there that wouldn’t have been a red flag to me. I explained to him I only wanted a quote and to see the product multiple times. He explained they could offer financing and told me I could pay about $200/month for 8 years.... NO... He showed me one product. He also showed me two pictures of work the company had done which were not flattering pictures (too dark to see anything). He plugs in numbers for the quote and doesn’t explain at all how he came up with the numbers. He also doesn’t have any paper to show how pricing is broken. After reminding him again that I only wanted a quote he became hostile and left angry. Needless to say but I will not be working with this company due to this sales person.

Really Great people.Replaced my living room picture window with three equal sized, tinted, insulated windows and I couldnt be happier. It looks great from the inside or the outside.Everyone has been extremely helpful.I will be calling them again for other home improvements in the future.

Autumn Exteriors installed replacement windows on my home nearly 3 years ago after I met Don at a home show. I waited several months to get the work done and they waited patiently. The installers were skilled, professional and clean. When they left there was no debris remaining and the windows are beautiful. Its been nearly 3 years and Ive had zero problems with them. I now have them scheduled to do further updating on my home, fascia, soffits, trim replacement, guttering and gutter covers and know the work will be as good as the first. Don is skilled, professional and accommodating as are the office staff as well. I needed assistance with financing which was seamless as well. Good people.PS While he was at my home developing the estimate he reminded me as well that the windows have a lifetime guarantee.

Overall this company is the worst I have ever seen. I came across this company at a home remodeling show and figured I would get a free quote for some work we were needing done. The lack of professionalism is astounding. We scheduled an appointment for a FREE quote that they advertise for gutter installation. First off, the initial appointment that was set got rescheduled to the following week due to a scheduling conflict on their end. There was no call to confirm the second rescheduled appointment, so we were interrupted while cooking dinner. Second, the owner (Don) shows up to our house in order to give us our “quote”. After receiving what seemed to be a over inflated quote for the work being done, we politely asked him about financing options. This is where the high-pressure sales techniques were brought out… After discussing the financing options, he persisted that we needed to write up a contract on the spot for work that was not to be done for over a month and a half. After assuring the man that we were going to wait a few weeks to sign any contract he became disgruntled and began packing his stuff to leave. I even felt so awkward that I felt that I had to apologize for any misunderstanding. He then proceeded to say,” the only misunderstanding is on your part” before he stormed out of the house. Never in my life have I felt so insulted and awkward in my own home.This individual was the most strange, unsettling, and rude of anyone I have met in the sales field. The fact that the company has been around for a couple decades makes me seriously question how this company gets any sales. I feel sorry for any of the past customers of this company who were pressured into the high quoted prices and not taken care of after the sale. From reading several reviews online it seems that this story is nothing new and many other people have experienced the exact same thing from this individual and company.We are going to get gutters but for sure not from this company.DON’T GET A QUOTE FROM THIS COMPANY.If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is an incredible company with a great product. From sales to work the are 4 star quality. We had the siding replaced on our house last year. The siding is the best you can buy. The sales people were kind, not pushy, and very focused on serving us. The workmen were polite, and did an amazing amazing job. They cleaned up after they were done and above and beyond what was called for. They only took one break to eat lunch and I never saw one being idle. This is a professional company all the way through, from the office to your home. These are the people to buy from!

We had our windows replaced, Ive waited to review until weve had cold weather to be SURE there were no drafts. Checked around them 1-1-18, -3 degrees outside, excellent.Installation crew was professional and friendly. Poor professionalism. They came to my house barely measured the siding and never returned for a quote. The salesman was going to give me a quote at the house then got all weird and left. Never called back to offer quote. I guess the large sum of money Ill be paying another contractor to do work wasnt worth it to him. Maybe I looked like I just didnt have money because my house is older. But we felt like he didnt think our house was worth it.

We met Don and His dad at the Jefferson City Home Show and they have been a wonderful company to work with. They offer high quality windows, doors and siding products and are not pushy, like most salesman. Don came to our house and gave us a demo of his windows and had samples of the siding he offers on-hand. We were able to get a visual of the different products, which helped in our decision. Johny came out and measured and was very knowledgable of the installation process and worked around our schedule. Tamee and Terry did a wonderful job of getting our finances setup and scheduling the guys to come out to do the installation. Overall, this has been the easiest and smoothest home updating project I have ever went through. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Lack of professionalism. High pressure sales tactics. I opened the door and he was abrasive from his first sentence. Owner did not even want to walk around the house. He kept asking weird questions. Very awkward. I could not even get a quote from him. Owner insisted on talking to my sick wife to discuss colors, and why we wanted siding before he even measured the house. Since she did not want to deal with him at all he got aggravated and stormed off. He literally got into his vehicle and left. I have never in my life experienced so much ignorance in 5 minutes. By the way, we were going to get work done regardless of the quote. We just needed to see a quote to proceed. What he didnt know was we were going to get windows, siding, soffits, and a sunroom for multiple houses we have. I would suggest to anyone not to even approach this business. There are many products and contractors that can do the same work...and be happy to even be considered.

Be very careful before signing a contract with Autumn Exteriors. The owner promises a lot more than the company can deliver. Also, the contract that you will have to sign to do business with them leaves absolutely zero rights for you as the consumer when they do not deliver what they have promised. We signed a significant contract amount for siding on a 1400 square foot home. They damaged our new guttering system, left our laundry room wall exposed to sub-zero temperatures for days on end which caused our pipes to burst and ruin the floor, had to repair or re-do much of their siding work, took 4 months to complete a two week job, and basically called us liars when we reported that their contractor was not showing up for work. While they tried to make some amends on the back side of this effort, we still hired an attorney to try to recoup some of the contract price for shoddy work. The project was a disaster for us as homeowners trying to improve our property because of their lack of respect and professionalism. We continuously had to clean up after them, be the foreman on the job to ensure things were properly done, etc. BEWARE this company.

My grandfather was very happy with the work they did on his siding. And they wwre very friendly as well.
