We shop strictly for Funko pops. You have shop quickly. Stores seem to be limited in the ones you are looking for. You may get lucky to get the whole series.

Kid was rude and dismissive, trying to tell me he doesnt take the PC items that the Marple location just confirmed with the district manager 10 minutes before (Marple doesnt have testing for components)Kid was an absolute tool and despite my printed wagers for cash value was rude and wouldnt help me. Dont go to this store. It smells like a fart, dirty and garbage selection- better off at Marple or microcenter

My sons christmas package was stolen from their warehouse which took hours of being on hold,being transferred,fighting arguing with receptionist and being hung up on. I had to go into store twice after being denied my money. I went back again and had to call corporate AGAIN while in the store for over 2 hours and wouldnt leave to fight for my over 500$ refund. I was treated like a criminal when my stuff was stolen and wanted a return. I believe corporate is a hoax and they just take peoples money and do everything to deter you from getting your money back even though their still taking orders,your money, when they dont have the items in inventory. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

This GameStop is okay. I wish they had more of an selection for games. The employees however are helpful and knowledgeable.

Typical Gamestop with friendly employees. Selection is what youd expect and checkout was fast. Located on the first floor of the mall near Macys.

This location is pretty good, has a great selection of games. This is just like any other GameStop. They have good deals, and its best if you join the Pro Rewards or Elite Rewards. You will save hundreds of dollars if you are a gamer or have kids who are like me. The employees are great! They are patient and knowledgeable about the games.

Good staff always looking to have a great conversation. I love going to a place where I can talk with others about my niche obsessions. The guy working with me really helped me out on finding a controller I had been looking for forever. He took some extra looks in the back and found what I have been looking for. One and done, perfect service.

The gamestop in the Springfield mall is well stocked with games, and the staff are always friendly and willing to help. There is a decent selection of collectibles, but they have a lot of games to choose compared to larger stores.

Line may look long but it moves pretty quick.

Honestly, the customer service here is absolutely amazing! Im not going to mention names, but the one female manager has bent over backwards for me numerous times! She went so far as to bring me a game from her own home so my son could play Mario Sunshine for game cube! And, this was years ago! The customer service never stops here! They had a special on Rock Band for the Xbox one throughout the holiday of 2016. I asked one rep if I could hold it, for I had just purchased other products and fully intended on coming back, and was told that it wasnt possible. I was assured over and over that the product would not sell since it had been in inventory for months and not a single person was interested. Even still, I know my luck and was not convinced. Sure enough the Rock Band had been sold the day before I came in to purchase. This same female manager saw how upset I was, and offered to drive through the worst snow/ice storm of the month of December to get it to me for my sons birthday party the next day! I couldnt in all consciousness allow her to do so, but the offer alone showed just how much she cared! When it came to the day I picked up the RB, she showed me the value in purchasing a membership and went into great detail about the other games I was purchasing. She got me special deals on a pre-owned Halo set as well!! Ive spent years as a hiring manager for a cell phone company and to say its rare to find a good employee nowadays, is the understatement of the century! This GameStop is by far the best place to fulfill your gaming needs solely based off of their outstanding and knowledgeable employees. Ill never go elsewhere and tell every gamer I know to shop there!

Ok, where to begin and when to stop bragging on how this gamestop in Springfield mall makes the rest of the gamestops Ive been to look like sorry to say B.S. First off lets start off with the main man Nick! Always letting you know whats hot and not, always on top of whats coming out on the pre order hit list, and dont forget the dude wants to get you the game that fits you even if hes gotta check a different store. Then comes my two new favorite go to duo, Justin and Tamiyah!! Now Ive been Sony and Nintendo since I could pick up a controller and press a button, but these two gamers made me wanna change. Theyre very knowledgeable, great service reps, and very friendly. Not gonna lie Tamiyah kinda cute 🔥🔥🔥 too, back to the topic though. I couldnt find a better store to recommend, only downside to this store is because they are a mall store and not very big. The games your always looking for isnt always in stock or available. Other then that downfall best place to shop, laugh, and learn a whole lot on all types of games.

Not my usual place for gaming, but these guys pulled out a Christmas miracle....Creed VR bundle. Last one around and the staff couldnt have been nicer and knowledgeable.

So they hired these chicks that work weekends that goof off with their friends in the store every time Im there and they never help the customer its a shame used to love going there but if I aint gonna get any help Ill go somewhere else disappointed

I bought a used Xbox 1, along with some games.. Its only been one week and my Xbox glitches every time i try to use it. On top of that the game I bought didnt work and kept saying it wasnt compatible with my system. At least the other game i bought worked.. Definitely going to a different gamestop next time..

At the outset, I would like to tell everyone that the Springfield Malls GameStop Manager/Salesman named Paul [I believe that his full name is Paul Sheer] is a bl**dy racist.Im an Indian who went to this store yesterday and inquired about a particular game, the apathetic racist store Manager/Salesperson named Paul told me in a racist undertone that he has received a call from some other GameStop Store that some Indian guys are buying games from GameStop and that even though he has that particular game in stock, he will not sell a single piece to me. I told him that I needed only 1 gaming system as a gift for my nephew, but he used an aggressive tone and threatened to call the mall security and have me thrown out of the mall.However, after a couple of hours, I sent a white American friend of mine to this same store, and this guy Paul sold him 2 units of the same gaming system of which he had refused to sell even a single piece to me. That speaks a lot about the racism lurking in GameStop stores.This guy Pauls attitude reflected the aggressive racist undertone of a typical white American guy who believes he is superior because of the color of his skin and that he can look down upon people from other ethnicities and speak to them as a superior race.I urge people, at least from other ethnicities, to boycott Springfield Malls GameStop for as long as racist like Paul as working there.
