I had an issue with the install of high pressure lines on my kubota bx. After getting in touch with the manager, Brian, they are going to work it out for me even though they will no longer be carrying the kubota line.I’m impressed with their quick response on my issue and desire to make things right . To me, that goes a long way.Brian seems to be highly in tuned to reviews on here and other sites, which says a lot about their desire to have a customer feel cared for.

Dont go there looking for them to order parts for anything else other than what they sell.. Ill stick wagners power equipment in Englewood oh. They can get any part you need. Not just for the equipment they sell.

My riding tractor blew the engine so i needed a replacement. After looking around Comptons had the best selection and pricing. Ended up buying a 50 Toro Zero Turn from James. Super nice gentleman and answered all of my questions and even let me take if for a test drive. Purchased late morning on a Saturday and it was delivered on Monday. They worked around my schedule and the equipment is working great!

They had my tractor for two weeks, they said it would be a week, finally able to pick it up, get it home and go to cut the grass only to have the mower blades on upside down. Paid all that money for them to service it and we ended up having to fix it ourselves! At least they gave good directions on how to fix their screw up! Didn’t even offer any discount or coupon, nothing!!

I just purchased a Toro zero turn mower from these folks and I was very happy with the initial process of purchasing the equipment, my salesman was a gentleman by name of James and I fond him to be not only very helpful but quite knowledgeable, I feel very comfortable in dealing with James.A big plus for this particular dealership is that they are a master certified repair facility with a BBB rating of A+, I hope not to have any real problems with my new mower but if I should ever be in such a situation I believe these things make a difference.PS, they also have delivery service for those of us without trailers which means getting the machine serviced is much less a hassle, you simply pay for the service. So far I would recommend this business and I will update as I have further interaction with them.

I was sold the floor model at full price and have experienced it (My Rider) not starting at the beginning of cutting season. I have asked them to fix the problem but it continues to return.

Went in to buy a $219 Stihl gas weed eater, they had none on display so I had to ask if they had any he said yes then answered the phone and let me stand there for ten minutes so I left. NO SALE !!! I will never go back there again. RUDE PEOPLE !

Ordered fluid and filters to change hydro oil in toro zero turn for a friend ...James sent all oil and filters with my buddies wife ...turned out he only sent half ....so she went back to buy more and he gave wrong oil and after it was added into system made a call because was still a little short and they gave the first kind .when told they sent a different one last time said oh you can’t run that .had to buy all new oil again and change again and they took no responsibility and we had to pay full tilt. Another friend stopped in talked to talk about buying a mower ....he wanted to know pricing ...incentives ..loan interest options . He had come from a hustler dealer and wanted to compare apples to apples already owning a toro walk behind ...they asked are you willing to sign today ...he said no ...they said I’m not going to go thru all the info until you are ready to sign ... needless to say he was not happy ...went right back to hustler dealer and bought a mower

As for the quality of this tractor, Ive operated trojans, john deeres and fords and can say that this first kubota has suited our needs flawlessly. Here it is 2 years later and we are trading in for a larger unit which we hope will live up to the impeccable standards of our first tractor (bx2370 unit). The ownership takes the time to answer all of our questions and allows us to freely get on the tractors to inspect the various sizes and its without pressure or persuasive workers that simply try to sell you something you dont need. Point in Case: I thought we needed a backhoe attachment, the owner refreshed my memory as to what in the world we needed it for (turns out, nothing), so now our upgrade tractor is 8k cheaper! Springfield would be hurt if we didnt have this dealer (in my opinion).

Brought my push mower in for repair and other maintenance, guys did a great job price was reasonable.

Went in looking for a deck belt that was 1/2 by 103 in and the guy was too lazy to look up to see if they had a belt that was that size and when I told him it was for a John Deere deck he said they dont deal with John Deere parts
