They take their time getting parts but you dont have much of a choice. I would complain about price but that is what you get for having a cat machine...they arent for poor people!

If your employees are going to wear their uniform WITH the name badges showing to other businesses you might ask them to wear their masks while representing your company and not argue with the staff about an city ordinance that’s been in affect for almost a year. ‘George’ acted like he didn’t know it was a requirement. Out of the other two, one raised his shirt to his nose then removed it, the other put on a mask but just on his chin.It doesn’t matter if you think masks work or not, if a business can get in trouble for not enforcing the ordinance WEAR A MASK IF ASKED BY EMPLOYEES.If you expect respect at your business, y’all should show respect to other businesses and not argue with staff about a city ordinance.Trash employees.

I rented two boom lifts this month. There is enough variety of equipment to handle special jobs and friendly staff.

Waited to hear back from some sales rep named “Travis” and not only did he wait over a week to get me a quote he gave me the wrong information. Cost me time and money but never again. Unless you have a broken semi stay clear of this place

They apparently have an amazing Truck shop but their rental department is a joke. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and the only good coordinator and manager they had were run off by some guy in St Louis. They want you to rent their equipment at ridiculous prices just to buy one if their new machines ! What a joke

Service shop is very good but Rental department is non existent these days. No one answers the phone and when they do I find out they are in Columbia not Springfield. This place should never advertise as a rental company

Our motorhome was losing coolant and in need of an oil change, so we contacted Fabick Cat as we passed through Springfield, MO. They worked us in that day, and we were ready to hit the road by the next day, with total peace of mind. Chris and Justin gave us great service, went over the engine with tremendous care, and spent a good deal of time explaining everything that had been checked and done. We recommend them most highly for work on your diesel RV!!

Great place. Made an appointment before arriving. Got right inside and as I’m sitting here the mechanic has not left my truck one time. Here it is 5 hrs later and they are done. No playin around here. These boys work! Good job! Keep up the good work!!
