We had a great experience with Lopez Glass. The scheduling the fabrication and the installation were excellent. We ordered two large shower doors. The design of the shower stalls made the project a little complicated. Lopez glass came up with great solutions and we now have two beautiful shower doors. I would use them again with no hesitation and have already recommended them to friends.

Lopez installed a Glass shower door in a small bath in our home recently. Expert work, quickly scheduled and a reasonable price. We were happy with the final product - it looks wonderful and on close inspections, the seals are very good, the glass, hinges and hardware are top notch. I’d use them again!

Dont waste your time or money with Lopez glass.I had them repair a broken pane on my kitchen window. They came to measure and quoted me a good price. I scheduled repair for a few days later and took day off work to be home. I called them that morning to confirm and they said glass wasnt in so we had to reschedule. Who knows if they would have ever let me know if I didnt call. I was very upset that I wasted a day of work so they gave me 10% off.They came a few days later. Scheduled for 3pm. They didnt show up so I called at 3:20. Office said they would be there soon. 5:15 and they still hadnt shown up. I called owner’s cell and he said they would be there in 10min. They showed up at 5:45. 2 hours 45min late.The technician took the window out to his van to repair. Took 15min and he put it back in and walked out. He didnt say a word and was pretty rude. Then he just drove away. He never said “the office will bill you” or “you’re all set”. Nothing.The next day I was playing outside with my two young children. My daughter fell in the driveway and almost landed on glass that the technician had left behind. 3 pieces the biggest was 2inches X 3inches. See picture above. That is absolutely inexcusable.I was furious and called the owner’s cell. He ignored my call and texted me back that he was busy and would call me back. I texted him a picture of the glass and explanation of what happened. This was a Friday at 5pm. He never called me all weekend.I called office Monday morning. For the next two days I had to send numerous texts and emails with the same picture of broken glass which was left in my driveway. In the meantime we got cold temperatures and rain at night and the “repaired” window immediately fogged up in between the panes. See second picture attached. It obviously wasnt sealed properly. I sent this picture to them as well and asked for a full refund.I finally got the owner on his cell phone. He wasnt apologetic and said if I wanted a refund then he would come take the glass back. I said be my guest. I called the office and told then to immediately refund my credit card and then they could call me to schedule a time at my convenience when they could take their glass back.They refunded all my money and never called me.I’ll be posting this review on every site I know of. Just inconceivable that people like this are still in business.Please dont waste your time or money with Lopez Glass.

Quick response, friendly service and good price!I used their service in 2014. The manager answered my call right away, did the estimation the next day, ordered glass for my window and got my window glass repaired in 10 days with a good price.Unfortunately I got another broken door this week and I am using their service again. Chris the CEO is very professional and efficient as always. Highly recommend this company.Chris and his team installed glass shower door for my bathroom. They arrived on time on a snow day, cleaned the floor before leaving, and the price is the best!This is a company I will definitely recommend to my friends.

One of our glass shower doors shattered and every other company wanted to replace the entire structure. We started searching around for a more affordable option. Lopez Glass was recommended. Chris Lopez came to the house and looked at the situation. He recognize immediately the basic structure did not need replacing. He then designed a more affordable and better looking solution. Ideally it was also a fraction of the price of the full replacement option. Call them first!!

They offer the best products for the best price. Everybody else in that area is upcharging you on necessarily. Fantastic quality products with fantastic quality installation services. For sure this is a 5 star company and I would recommend this for me my friends and all my customers

Company replaced the glass in our walk-in shower 30 days ago and it has leaked since then...and was supposed to contact us on Monday to fix the leak....no phone calls or nothing all week...today is Friday.We would not recommend this company to anyone..they do not follow-up with their customers to let them know the status of anything...we always have to call them.

My company uses Lopez Glass on a regular basis. I cant say enough good things about them. Their response time is second to none and the quality of work is top-notch! If you are looking for glass or mirror work, look no further.

I made an appointment for an estimate on a glass window repair and took the day off work on Friday. The technician was scheduled to come out between 11am-1pm. No one showed up so I sent an email at 1pm inquiring about the technicians status. I did not receive a reply so at 1:15pm I called and spoke to someone at the company who said the technician is in Rockville (an hour away) stuck on another job and that he could come out on Monday morning instead. That is fine because unexpected things come up, except that someone from Lopez Glass should have called me and told me about this. Had I not called, I would have been waiting endlessly. I told the person on the phone that if someone can come over right away, I will wait, otherwise I will contact another company. The person on the phone confirmed my address and said he will be over in 10 minutes. This was at 1:20pm. I waited until 2pm and when no one showed up I left to run errands. I think at the very least that someone should have communicated with me in both instances that either the technician was running late or that he would not be coming at all.As important as it is for me to have my window fixed, it is just as important that I am dealing with a professional company. This was a highly disappointing experience.Its too bad I didnt actually get to experience the quality of their work.

Scheduled appointment days in advance. Called to see where the technician was when they failed to show up on the time window given to me. Lady on phone said they were running late but would be there. No one ever showed up. Wasted a day off work for nothing. Will find a different, more reliable company.

The office admin, Michelle, is always friendly and helpful! The work they do is great and I know others who have used them for showers and repairs. I would definitely reccomend them!

Lopez Glass replaced 3 broken windows of varying sizes for me. They were responsive, on time, professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Initial install wasnt complete, I had them come back a year later and they noticed a seal wasnt installed and hardware wasnt screwed in. Now a 2nd year later the bottom seal has completely come off and we now have mold growing in-between remaining seal and glass wall.

I have used Lopez Glass a number of times over past several years. I have always found them to be friendly, timely and professional. I would recommend them for any glass work at your home or business.

Missed an appointment because they thought my address wqs in Maryland. Rescheduled and no call/no show. Called and left a vm and no return call.
