They dont respect their schedule. They are supposed to close until 1PM on Saturdays. Im 11:00 AM and its already closed

Columbia Mirror and Glass replaced a cracked Jen Wen window in my kitchen. Since then it has repeatedly fogged in the morning. There is an air leak somewhere in the construction of the window. I have called twice to ask them to either fix or replace it with another. They have NEVER returned my calls.
