Hearing test and programming hearing aids for your hearingCleaning and repairing any parts that are needed. Took my mother to have hearing aids checked. She had purchased them several years ago away from Springfield.We could not have been treated with any more kindness, efficientcy, or expertise. And at no charge at all.I recommend them highly!

I was very satisfied from the time I walked in the door. The hearing test was explained and performed in a professional manner. She results were explained to my understanding. I was then allowed to put on a pair of recommended hearing aids with them adjusted to my needs. I was really quite amazed at the reduction in background noise so I could hear & understand the person I was talking to. I am pleased with the salted cost & the 6 month financing plan that is interest free.

Ive been with Beltone for several years. Excellent hearing aids, and Daryl and Liz are wonderful to work with. Maintenance service on my hearing aids is top notch, and Daryl always explains what hes doing and how my hearing has changed, etc. I recommend this Beltone office without reservation.5/19/2021: Went for a service visit. Had a problem with the hearing units not staying securely in my ears. Daryl replaced the domes with larger ones. Perfect fix in 5 minutes.

I had an initial appointment at Beltone Springfield today. As soon as I walked through the door I was impressed. The waiting area was immaculate. The receptionist was very kind, friendly and helpful. The hearing specialist came out to greet me and led me back to his office right on time. He, too, was very friendly and made me feel at ease. He explained everything well and after the test determined that both ears would benefit from a hearing device, he put a pair on me so I could experience the difference a hearing aid would make. What a difference!! A pair will be ordered for me, and I am looking forward to returning for the expert care Beltone gives to their customers.

Outstanding staff all around. They gave me lots of options to choose from, very friendly, contacted me after the sale to ensure Im happy, and schedules me for cleanings. I cant say enough about the wonderful people. Recommend highly.

I just want to give a shout out to my audiologist Daryl who works at the Beltone office on Lindbergh Dr in Springfield. I was having a problem with my hearing aid they got me in that day and fixed the problem. Liz the receptionist deserves a shout out as well. Great customer service from Daryl and Liz 👍

Great place well managed

Staff is very friendly and thorough. Would recommend this office to anyone. I only wish my husband had his hearing checked years ago. His loss is severe to profound in one ear and needed a more expensive hearing aid to correct it. A few more years and it would have been too bad to help. It doesnt cost anything to go check it out! Could save you lots of money in the long run.

I went to two other places to have my hearing tested, and NO ONE explained the process, or what the issues were, while explaining, and showing, how the products work to combat my particular loss.Expensive but WELL worth the money
