The kindness and care this office showed my 95 year old mom was unbelievable. They took the extra time needed to clean the wax build up from her ears and was more than patient in explaining how/when she would receive the new hearing aides and what time would be best for her. When I first moved to the area I picked a place at random from hearing aid ads with coupons. I met Dale on my first appointment. I was very comfortable with him. He listened as I explained about how I had tried hearing aids in the past without, I felt, much success. After a hearing test and discussing hearing aids and my lifestyle, we made a decision. I have been happy with my hearing aids I purchased that day. Ive been going to Dale ever since. When he left the first place I was going, I went ahead and went back to that original office. It just wasnt the same. So I was on the look out for where he went. When I saw the ad about where he was located I immediately called, made an appointment at Heartland Hearing then cancelled the appointment for the other place. Im glad I did. Good people to do business with. Both Dale and Wanda are very attentive to your needs. I have my first set of hearing aides from Dale. They are resound. I love how they hook up to my phone via blue tooth. I can change setting to sound different and work in various situations from my phone. I also hook my car phone to my hearing aides and have easy hearing in that situation. Ive had my HA for 1 1/2 years and love them. They make things so much better and doing business with Dale and Wanda made everything even better!!

Maybe it was a guy thing but I was reluctant to admit I had a hearing problem. Fortunately a very good friend referred me to Dale at Heartland Hearing Aids. Dale tested my hearing and I found out just how much loss I had. Dale educated me on not only my hearing needs and issues but facts I did not know regarding the relationship between hearing and brain health.
