I have been going to Southwestern Hearing for several years--ever since i got my first pair of hearing aids. Natalie is always very patient about explaining what my hearing tests indicate, what features are available with each type of hearing aid, etc. I have rarely (never?) waited for more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and appointments are scheduled with sufficient time so that I never feel rushed. I know for a fact that they do everything possible to fit someone in, in case of an emergency. I appreciate getting the phone call to remind me of a scheduled appointment. I recently had the unfortunate experience of losing one of my hearing aids. When I called in, they were able to order me a replacement which i had within a week. When I went to pick it up, Natalie made sure it fit correctly and that i could use all the features since it was somewhat different that my previous one. Of course, hearing aids are NOT cheap and she was very good to offer several payment plans. I also had a follow-up visit scheduled to check how everything was working and to upgrade my other hearing aid, all at no additional cost. Great service plus a warranty and batteries for 3 years are very much appreciated. I frequently get mail offers about other hearing aids offered in our community, but I believe you get what you pay for and service is a very important feature!

Southwestern Hearing Aid in Springfield Mo was where my husband and I got our hearing aids. We are so very happy with them and enjoy being able to hear things that we hadn’t heard in awhile. The ones in the office were so very pleasant and helpful and it was so clean and very professional. Mrs King was very pleasant with the testing and very knowledgeable. In a very timely matter she had us our hearing aids and worked with us until we were comfortable with the . We wouldn’t do without them now.

I just stopped in to Southwest Hearing to have one of my hearing aids adjusted. As it turned out, it needed a piece replaced. Natalie saw me immediately, replaced the piece and checked and adjusted my hearing aids. All the office staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was in and out in no time and my hearing aids have never sounded better. It’s a great experience to be treated as more than just another client. I left feeling more like family.I would recommend Southwest Hearing highly to anyone exploring hearing aids. You will never be pressured to make any quick decisions and will always be treated fairly and friendly.
