This was my first experience with obtaining hearing aids. When I called, I was greeted warmly by Rebecca. I immediately knew this was the place for me to go. Rebecca worked with me in obtaining hearing aids at the cost I could afford and explained everything so clearly and showed so much concern that the patient understood what was being communicated. I now trust Kerr Hearing and would highly recommend it to anyone who has a hearing problem. There was no pressure in getting the aids and you didnt feel like you had to make a commitment at that time. Kudos to Kerr Hearing. They have a sign that says, You are a stranger once but a friend forever. Not only is this a good saying, Kerr lives by it.

Kerr Hearing Aid Center has been especially nice and always there. It is a Christian group and cares for each patient. Takes time to listen and fix problem

My husband and I called to see if they could take a look at my 95 year old father in laws hearing aids because we couldnt get him in for a couple of months at his Dr. We were told to stop in and they would look at them, not only did they look at them but fixed them! He went above and beyond what we expected! Very friendly and knowledgeable!

I love how convenient this place is. Never a problem parking and just steps to the door. Rebecca is awesome, so kind and patient! I tried several before she helped me find just the right fit for me. I highly recommend Kerr.
