My husband purchased his hearing aids from Sound Advice in Springfield, Missouri over three years ago. He has been very pleased with the product and the service. We now live in Texas in a town over 4 hours away from the nearest Sound Advice store. He called Springfield to have supplies shipped to us. Not only did they not charge for the supplies but they didn’t charge for the postage. Recommend 100%!

It was great to be back to Sound Advice for a checkup after the pandemic delay. Jacob Luth took care of a moderate hearing loss by removing wax from my ears. Turns out my hearing with my hearing aids was still very good. Jacob and the office staff were very welcoming and helpful. I have been a Sound Advice client client for many years and look forward to many more.

Everything I asked was answered in ways that were understandable and helpful. Trent is incredible - knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. He and the assistants have made me feel important and valued. There was absolutely no pushiness. They have wanted me to be sure that what I was purchasing would meet my needs. Open now and wont answer phone. I received batteries in mail today and charged $37.00 for a box and have had hearing aids for about 7 or 8 years and have never had to pay for batteries at all. Dr. Hobbs is great Dr. but, company service sucks. Never would answer phone till May 15 and ordered batteries.

Dr. Hobbs is extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful. Ive had a hearing loss problem for a very long time and now with the hearing aids I am realizing just how much Ive missed by not coming sooner. The office staff is so nice and accommodating whether youre calling to schedule an appointment or there in the office. I have been telling everyone I know they need to make an appointment with Sound Advice for a free hearing exam. They have changed my life for the better.

Great doctors and products. Got hearing aids from them about 2 years ago and the speaker section that goes in the ear came away from the unit. They changed it out free of charge.

I’ve been using hearing instruments since 1990. The people at this place are the most attentive, helpful and knowledgeable of all the places I’ve been. The displays are very well done. I like this place and recommend it.

Can actually hear at least most of what people are trying to tell me. Never thought Id get them because I have always heard that they dont help but I heard wrong. My hearing aides have made life easier for me and those who try to talk to me. Very happy with them and the entire staff. Linsey Hobbs is the best, she helps you makes you comfortable and easy to talk to.

Love the place and most of the workers very helpful for my mother’s hearing but we weren’t offered coffee or got chocolate like the man behind us was I guess because he looked like he’d spend more there kammy was still rude after my senior citizens mother ask about the hot chocolate!!! Rest of the workers were great so times if you don’t have a people personally you should be the greeter!!

I am very happy that they are willing to help me with my hearing aid problems. They helped me out when I misunderstand easily and I am happy about that today. They do a good job cleaning my hearing aids and re-tubing them. I like the people here! I am looking forward to them to be able to help me with my new smart phone to connect to my phone with bluetooth.

I saw Dr. Hobbs for a hearing exam, hands down the best decision I made. Choosing a audiologist is a hard decision, but choosing sound advice is the right decision whether for rountine hearing screening or hearing aids needs choose Sound Advice Hearing Doctors.

My husband James wants to sincerely thank Sydney...a technician at the Springfield office who help him correct a issue with my Phonak hearing aids. She clean them and showed him how to change the ear pieces and wax dams in an most expert and friendly manner...and at no charge. She even gave him some spare wax dams. He is retired military so he received these aids through the military but rest assured he would most highly recommend Sydney and Sound Advice for any future hearing aid purchase or service.

Best knowledgeable audiology care in Springfield!

The doctor gave my dad a free hearing test and let him keep trying different hearing aid brands and models until he found what was right for him. Plus, we found better pricing here than anywhere else in Springfield! If you might need hearing aids, dont waste your time or money anywhere else.

My hearing aid recently crapped out; it seemed to be a simple problem that could readily be corrected. Stopped by the local hospital based audiology clinic where I had purchased my hearing aids three years previously. The receptionist curtly said it would take a day or more to evaluate and fix the problem. Frustrated, I stopped by Sound Advice Hearing and Audiology several blocks away. The receptionist was quite pleasant and helpful. The technician cleaned and removed debris in the hearing aid microphone and the device was back in full working order in less than ten minutes at a very reasonable service fee. Had similar positive experience with Sound Advice two years previously. I highly recommend them.

So far my experience has been really good. I didnt check prices at other places too extensively, but for me it is worth it to have as many visits as I need. (I have some trouble with eustachian tube disfunction). Also, I am afraid of losing them or forgetting they are in when I take a shower. Sound Advice has a program that covers that, so that reliieves some of my concerns. ... Dr. Trent has been very patient and very helpful and I like it that the main office nationwide is in Springfield. ... I will change my review if things go bad, but so far this has been a really good experience (and interest free financing).
