I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. When I returned for my check up appointment, she was able to create my own program for me on my phone that increased tones I was still having difficulty hearing. I would definitely recommend this doctor to a friend!

Very friendly staff and audiology students! Dr. Piccinini is very professional and helpful. My earmold fitting appointment went smoothly and without any issues. I used them to get Apple Airpod covers- they fit much better now! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs hearing aids, earmolds, or musician earplugs!

Scheduling an appointment was very easy to do. At the office, I had a wonderful experience, getting a thorough hearing assessment and consultation. The audiologist (Dr. Piccinini) and staff members are all very kind, clear, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. For each of the assessments, they explained the directions thoroughly and conducted the tests carefully. After all of the tasks had been completed, Dr. Piccinini met with me to review the results and explain their significance. She answered all questions and was extremely helpful.

This is an outstandng place to go for your audiology needs. Ive been going to Pa Center for two years and am very appreciative of the services I receive there. Dr Piccinini and her receptionist are a REAL PLEASURE to work with. She is very thorough and has many tricks in her arsenal to get your hearing aids best tuned to your needs. I recently purchased the smaller sized Phonak Marvel aids and am very happy with them. They have many new features and a new dome design.Theyre a noticeable upgrade to the 4 y/old Phonak Audeos I had been wearing. Pa Centers pricing is also excellent.

Awesome experience! I took my 96 year dad down to Springfield to see Dr. Piccinini for a hearing exam. Dad currently wears a Miracle Ear hearing aid, and his hearing is kind of hit and miss, more miss than hit. Anyhow, Dr. Piccinini gave my dad a very thorough hearing test. As expected, the results were not great. However, Dr. Piccinini set expectations for us, which is all we really were looking to get. She never tried to push any other hearing aids on us, which we both really appreciated. She wrote down some suggestions for us to go back and talk with the Miracle Ear folks in regards to my dads situation. For example, changing out the receiver in the Miracle Ear and getting rid of the volume control which has always problematic for my dad. Finally, I want to say Dr. Piccininis administrative assistant - Kelly - was terrific. Very personable and helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Piccininis practice.
