As of Sep 2, 2021, we have to have a completely new Air Con system installed. So much for home inspectors when buying a property. Thats another story. Drake Heating and Air sent their installers, Tom and Isaiah, to get the job done. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were exactly on time at 9:00 am. They reviewed the work area, their work order, and started right in on their tasks! Very professional. Very personable. Very responsive to our questions. Explained their answers thoroughly too! When they completed the complete install, ran their tests of the air and furnace; completed their paper work with all the settings and test results; they cleaned up the entire area of work debris and tools. Swept out the garage where they had been working. Then fully explained the air con unit and again, fully answered all my questions. They finished loading the old unit and were gone by 4:10 pm. Ive NEVER had the please of working with a heating and cooling company such as Drake. Professional. On time. Personable and even funny too! I have NO HESITATION in recommending Drake Heating and Cooling for you heating and cooling needs! Oh...and their service tech was over on a Saturday before to get the dead A/C up and running until the install could be completed! NOW THAT...IS SERVICE! Thanks Drake team!

Anthony Fletcher was very polite and was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace promptly. The part that I needed was not available on the spot. He quickly made a call or calls and was able to locate the proper inducer motor for my furnace and get it ordered. I was without heat and the temperature this night was going to be 20 degrees. He promised to come back tomorrow and install the motor as soon as it came in. They called early the next morning and told me that they would be here sometime between Noon and 4 pm. I got a call around 2:50 that said he was on his way. Anthony arrived around 3:15 and was done around 3:45. I was pleased and just grateful to have my heat back on in this cold weather. My only complaint was the cost. It was about $870 and that is very pricey for a one income family.

Drake has been taking care of my furnace/AC equipment for over 20 years. Always on time. Always honest. Always excellent service. They came out to fix what I thought (hoped) was a simple problem on a Thursday. Discovered a problem with the heat exchanger and recommended replacing the furnace. After discussing options, new furnace was chosen and install scheduled for following Tuesday. Furnace decided that it didnt want to wait until Tuesday and died on Saturday night after 6 pm. Called Drake and asked if they could move install to Monday and they said theyd see what they could do and offered to bring out space heaters to keep me warm over the weekend. Space heaters were much appreciated especially since the install couldnt be moved up a day. Keith promised me that the guys would be at my house by 9:30 am and Id have heat in four hours. Josh and Aaron showed up a little after 9 am and I had heat in three hours. Hallelujah!! Josh and Aaron were friendly, personable, and oh so patient with a scared single girl with a gazillion questions about everything!! It was a joy to listen to them laugh and sing and joke with each other as they worked so hard to get everything done. Thank you Josh, Aaron, Wendy, Keith and Brooke for making a scary situation for me a relatively pleasant experience. I hope I never have to experience a dead furnace during a January cold snap ever again - but if I do I know that Drake will be able to fix it for me!!
