Emerald had quoted us before in the past at a different home and were very reasonable. The work was done in an extremely professional and timely manner, and the area was cleaned meticulously when completed. Our experience with Emerald Valley Weatherization was fantastic -- from the front-office folks who reviewed options and put together our order, to the people who came out for detailed measurements, and especially the crew that did our installation. We replaced all of the original single-pane windows from 1957 in our entire house, with new triple-pane windows from Milgard. Emerald Valley Weatherization also helped us maximize credits and rebates with these energy-efficient windows, and handled all of the paperwork related to that aspect. We were very happy with Emerald Valley Weatherization. Prior to the work being done, they answered any questions we had and were always available to speak with us over the phone. They also dealt with the EWEB rebate without us having to do anything after our application was approved. Although they had to delay the work due to smoke in the area, they kept us up to date on the scheduling changes daily until they had a confirmed date. They were quick and efficient with the work they did on our house, getting two separate projects done in less than a day. They cleaned up everything after their work both inside and outside. They are a friendly, professional company and we would definitely recommend them to others!

Obtained a quote three years ago and company willingly and promptly gave us an updated quote each year until we were finally ready to jump (we had a lot of wiring to complete first before the insulation could be installed, thus our delay). Kristen responds quickly and efficiently. Workers were friendly and professional, cared about the quality of their work and cleaned up after themselves. I was able to get the estimator out within a few days of my call. He was right on time with the appointment and answered my questions. He got me a quote quickly. The office staff was very easy to work with. I received a reminder call the day before the installation. The installers were right on time, answered my questions, treated myself and my home with respect and did and excellent job. Overall I can say I am impressed with their service!

The estimator was professional, on time, and was in and out within the hour. He was able to get into the small crawlspace of the attic above our most concerned bedroom out of the whole house. Everyone from EVW was extremely professional and helpful. The installation was fast and seamless, and the end product is beautiful and efficient. Having lived with terrible warped, metal frame windows, Im so much warmer now. Their partnership with SUB for the SUB rebate program made the upgrade so much more affordable than the initial quote I received from a competitor company of thousands more, and their original quote was still much less of an obstacle even without the rebate. Definitely recommend!

Friendly receptionist. Crew arrived on time each day. They were very polite upbeat, efficient, and did a great job of keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaned up well. They seemed to really care about doing a good job. They were generally very quiet, but when I did hear them, it was laughter. The energy between the crew was one of genuine camaraderie - they seemed to enjoy their work, even though it was a horribly nasty working environment in the crawl space under my house!

We received a timely estimate and it was very reasonable. We were given a date for the windows to be installed and they were right on time. They completed all 12 window replacement in 1 day, also explained what I needed to know about maintenance of them. My house never got cold while they replaced the windows, 1 came out and 1 replaced it in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend them if you are considering any weatherization project. ☺

I removed an A/C unit from a window, and the window wouldnt close properly. I called Emerald Valley and they sent someone over in the morning before their existing appointments so that I wouldnt have an unsecured window. Couldnt have asked for better service.

I had Emerald Valley install a heat pump and also insulate the attic, walls and crawlspace. This involved removing old insulation as well as installing new. The estimator arrived promptly and provided a detailed estimate describing exactly the work that would be done which included sealing any areas where there would be leaks. The workers were professional and willing to answer any questions I had. After they finished with the job of removing the old insulation, I didnt find any trace of it after they did the clean up. There were a few problems that arose due to the age of the home, but they fixed these problems in a timely way and without complaint. I was very happy with the work and would hire them again.

Had emerald valley insulate a rental with blow in insulation walls and do the floor also. They did an excellent job on both. The rental has shake siding and the installers were able to replace the existing shakes on most of the job. We had the utility company inspecting for a rebate which will save us quite a bit. The Utility company said all was done well. The installers also alerted us to a possible leak which was very helpful. I had gotten two estimates and Emerald was very competitive and responded quickly. The other outfit was impossible to reach. This will be our go to installer for the future.

Firstly their price was 30% less than the two other bids I got for the same window. They were friendly and on time with everything they promised. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
