The staff greeted my when I entered the Boston Rd location in Springfield, Ma. They asked to help me and were very attentive to my needs! There was also a truck shipment being brought in at the same time,and the folks working were still able to take care of customers! Way to go Sherwin Williams! Youve got my paint business!

Scott is absolutely AMAZING. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Goes above and beyond to help the clients. Im pretty dense when it comes to anything home improvement related but he was patient and gave me plenty of info to help me. Even helped me pick out my paint color because I was so torn. I will definitely come here again for any painting related needs. Thank you Scott!

It served all of our needs for paint.

The manager was very helpful and polite, and didn’t try to over sell me things I thought I needed - but didn’t. The store feels like it’s more for large industrial type of orders: one rugged customer referred to my 2 quarts of paint as ‘a dainty purchase’ - but it beats waiting around a crowded paint counter at any large hardware store.

I would tell them that the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and that the quality of the paint is very good with plenty of colors to choose from.
