The showcase room experience was fun, but the ideas and products we were sold on did not work in application. And it was very, very expensive.Update with more detail:We were so excited to be purchasing professional blinds for the first time as first time home buyers, and there were so many wonderful options in the store. My wife and I had a very high level of confidence in our designer. Based on her demonstrations and guidance, we decided to go with blackout blinds upstairs, and something more aesthetic for our tall windows downstairs.It turns out that the blinds we picked will not work for our windows. Unfortunately, this was not identified by the installation professionals, even after they came and took measurements. Instead, we have had blinds partially-installed, after weeks of waiting, that do not work for various reasons/constraints. We have been told that our options are to keep the blinds that are basically reducing our property value, or get different blinds that must be installed externally. The external installation requires more blind material, and more damage to our window frames. We have also been told that we will need to pay the whole difference for the new blinds.Update 2 with follow-up info:We were eventually contacted by a manager who was very nice and worked with us on pricing to get blinds installed that worked with our windows. We are very thankful that he was empathetic to our situation and open to helping.However, even with the awesome managers help, half of the new blinds installed are not level, we had to wait weeks for them to be put up, and after weeks of waiting, we had to reschedule the installation appointment since the gentleman did not arrive within the planned window of time (pun intended).Summary: I am increasing my rating to three stars because of how awesome the manager was, and his willingness to take partial responsibility for the mess we found ourselves in. However, I dont plan on using Blinds to Go in the future, aside from needed warranty interactions, which I am dreading the thought of, lol.

Great customer service by Heba. She made the order easy and efficient and went through explaining all options we could choose from. She also applied a coupon/promo code they were running w/o me needing to pull up a coupon. The blinds came in within 36 hours and it was very easy installing it. Quality was great and beautiful!! We ordered blackout versions of our shades through the store. The associate that helped us in the store was courteous and efficient, checking us out, when we went into the store for pickup.

Very responsive to my needs. Somehow between my blinds header and the brackets my old brackets were bent out of shape. I thought it would be a few bracket replacements, not so, the new brackets would not fit my 20 year old blinds. The header needed to be replaced and I am pleased the sales clerk made the suggestion. They were returned in a short time and are back hanging in my kitchen. Awesome customer service and they aim to please. Customer for life.

I love, love, love my new window coverings from BTG. Had 5 beautiful window blinds with vertical sheers and a patio slider door vertical sheer all installed in less than three weeks from when the order went in. My sales guy, Jai, totally helped me figure out how to get the design and installation that I wanted. Will be going back next sale to finish up a few more windows!

Had blinds and drapery installed. Both Khadija and Jaivion stayed past closing time to make sure my order was right and I was getting what I wanted, with no pressure. They were both friendly and professional. I consider that excellent customer service. Yvette was also helpful with my initial order inquiry. The process itself had a few hiccups with some delays and missing parts, but Khadija made sure I was taken care of.

This is your source to go to for window treatments! I have been going to this location for many years for different shades and blinds. I always deal with Heba (forgive me if Im not spelling it correctly). She always provides me with excellent customer service. She takes the time to show me samples of what Im looking for, explains everything in detail, and answers all of my questions. If I have an issue with one of my shades not working properly, I simply take it in and it is fixed in a day or so under my lifetime warranty. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Heba who was our sales associate was very competent in the products. And installation was very professional and timely. The installers were very considerate of our home and our belongings so as not to scratch or damage anything. I would highly recommend them. Their cost was also half of one of the other national competitors.

Best place to get affordable high quality blinds, However, you must speak to Heba Seada. She is the best. I am not sure about all of the team there, but the two other individuals that I have spoken to there, they are very mean, and not professional at all. For example, I called today to place an order for blinds, the lady starts demanding exact measurements, which Heba never does, she instead takes a deduction away. The other lady said well if you dont give me right then you pay and your Liability, not my fault. I was woah, ok, you know what, let me wait a day and call back and place order through Heba. Again, if you come here, please ask for her. I would have given it 5 stars, but due to the two other individuals, its not deserved.

Not only did she tell me what was wrong, she then walked me through the steps to get them repaired (under warranty). My wife and I had a wonderful experience at blinds to go. We went in a little hesitantly expecting a full force offensive sales pitch but it was the complete opposite. Ginger answered all of our questions only when we asked and was not pushy at all.Mohammed, the guy that does the installs was great as well. He was quick, efficient, on time, and very personable; couldnt have asked for better.I dont know how the prices really compared, but coming from home depot looking at the same type of quality they seemed competitive and obviously had way more selection.The whole process took less than a week. We went in the store and ordered them on Sunday, Mohammed came out to do the measurements on Monday morning (really early at my request so I could take care of it before work), the blinds came in on Thursday, and Mohammed came back to install them on Friday morning.Wonderful experience.
