They recommended their son for my pool install. He had a contract and stole my money. He never did the job, just disappeared. They did not address even though they recommended their son for the job. And they even acknowledged he had done this to others. Take your business elsewhere.

Worst Pool Center in the Midwest nasty old man who owns it couldnt get his pants on right if someone didnt tell him which like the stick in first with the mannerism of a pitbull you will run out the door same why did I go in there.With such nasty owner as Tom we wonder why we ever did we never will again and any buyer that wants anything Pool Center across the street is far more reliable and not the nasty personality of this old ads hole tom

I bought my hot tub from aqualand many years ago. In may this year the pump went out on it. I called on May 22 and told them about it and was talked to rudely and was asked my credit card info without any reason and told they would get back to me at the end of the week. They finally called back July 22. Of course I had found someone else to help me out by then. So Im just saying they dont even service the products that they sell
