Couldnt be happier with our decision to purchase our spa from The Spa Gallery. Kelly (and Scott) are both experienced and knowledgeable sales persons, who answered all the questions we had from electrical, how the spa functioned and features we were getting, as well as finding the right spa for our needs. The electrician recommendation was GREAT - prompt, informative and very detail oriented. No messy wiring or questionable installation of control panel with Trinity Electrical. Then came the installation crew....what can I say? Kelly and Scott have the BEST CREW EVER. Placement of Spa, set up and operation instruction could not have been better. Michael (one of the technicians)found a couple missing clips while running thru the operation of the spa (which we would not have found) and ordered replacements which will be installed within 3 days. These had no effect on the spas function and were really more cosmetic than anything. As I said, we could not be more pleased with the service we received from The Spa Gallery. Anyone can sell you a spa, and you might be able to save a couple dollars with a lesser brand, but if you want quality products, service during and after the sale, the Spa Gallery is your answer.

We are really enjoying our new Swim Spa from The Spa Gallery! We thought we knew what we were looking for but Scott guided us through the process and helped us make all the right decisions. This company and staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been dealing with hot tub issues for a year, been to 3 other Springfield hot tub dealers with no help. My very first visit here Kelly/Scott were extremely helpful. They were both able to help figure out my hot tub issues just by explaining what was going on. When I found out that these wonderful people had left the dealership on South Campbell in Springfield Missouri after so many years, I was heartbroken. Then I discovered that the amazing employees had taken all of their 150 years combined expertise and started their own venture on Republic Road. I never went to the previous location because of the location, it was always because of these phenomenal people who are now running The Spa Gallery. Kelly and Scott are so passionate about what they do and every employee is exactly like them. There really isn’t a better place to buy a hot tub or any of your accessories chemicals etc. I recently moved to Hayward Wisconsin and had to go get some hot tub chemicals after I moved here. The price was about 50% higher and I walked out of the show room here in Wisconsin with gum on the bottom of my shoe. It made me miss the beautiful Republic Road Spa Gallery show room in Springfield Missouri even more.

I was having some issues with my hot spot TX and Kelly was more than happy to help me out with my issues in a very timely fashion.I would recommend their service department highly. This is hard to put into words. I injured my back when I was 17. I have spent years trying to find something or someone to help with the pain. I Purchased the Sovereign hot tub from Scott and Kelly. This has the Moto-Massage. It literally feels like someone is underwater massaging your back. After I used it the first time, I stood upright pain free for the first time in 28 years. I can’t explain it. I wish I would have found this so many years ago. If someone told you that if you pay this much money and will keep out a wheelchair, would you do it? I was supposed to be permanently wheelchair bound 5 years ago. Now I have hope and a future. This is truly a live changing tub. I wish had the words.... If you suffer as much as I have, you won’t be disappointed with this brand hot tub. Thank God I happened to stroll into TheSpa Gallery that day. I couldn’t be more grateful. Fred did the install of our new purchase and let me testify,, he is absolutely great at what he does. He walked us through all there is to know about this tub and how to maintain it. My wife and I began searching for a hot tub about a month ago and stumbled across The Spa Gallery from a Google search. This was going to be the first of several vendors we looked at one Saturday afternoon but we never made it to any others that day. Scott was so helpful and informative, feeling much more like a good friend than a sales person. He wasn’t the least bit pushy and worked to make sure we were well informed so we could make an educated decision.After that first visit we checked out a few other stores in town in the following weeks, but always kept coming back to the Spa Gallery. Partly because the Artesian and South Seas lines were so great but also because Scott was such a joy to work with. He allowed us to wet test their floor model and even filled up another one we liked for testing.Scott spent several hours with us overall answering questions from routine maintenance to concrete pad considerations. When it was time for delivery, he accompanied the delivery team and made sure everything was installed and set up properly. He then spent more time with us going over the tub, chemicals, and maintenance. He even went as far as to sweep the dirt off our patio before he left!The Spa Gallery is top notch! Great store, excellent spas, and terrific service.

They answered all of our questions and gave us information we had not even thought about requesting. They invited us to try out the Tidal Fit Swim Spa in their showroom, which we did, and showed us how to operate everything and even gave us tips on how to most effectively use it for exercise. Additionally, their price was lower than the competition for comparable swim spas. We are newbies to the spa scene, but we are critical researchers and determined shoppers. Scott and Kellys Spa Gallery was the last store we stopped at, but it should have been the first. From the start Scott greeted us as if we were old friends and not sales targets. Our conversation was light and informal, but this did not belie his depth of knowledge about spas and hot tubs. He did not try to over sell us with top of the line tubs. He freely gave us the time required to answer our many questions. He listened carefully to our concerns and made us feel comfortable about our decision. By this time, we were sure that we were going to buy from Scott, and never gave thought to another store.Scott was thorough in taking our order, and his follow through of the sale was exemplary. Delivery was scheduled and even under adverse weather conditions, installation went perfectly. Scott was there for the entire delivery and install. Even with the weather delay he took the time to set the tub up and explain every detail of the care and operation of the tub without rushing. Before he left, our Grand Bahama Hot Tub was up and running.We were in the tub that night, and every night since then. To our surprise, Scott called a week later like an old school doctor checking in on his patient. Our Grand Bahama spa is everything Scott said it would be. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience. And, we made new, genuine friends with Scott and his staff.

These guys sell the best hot tubs and spas, best value, best bang for your buck that Ive ever seen in Artesian Spas. The staff knows their stuff, very experienced. I also saw they have exercise pools/swim spas that wont break the bank, yet are quality made, USA products.

We are so happy we found The Spa Gallery! We have an older Doughboy pool that was damaged by a contractor working at our house. When we decided to replace the pool, we shopped around, starting with the other Doughboy dealer in Springfield. We were so disappointed by the other dealers terrible customer service and lack of knowledge about their pools. We were thrilled to find that The Spa Gallery carried Doughboy. Kelly and Scott were amazing! They are so friendly and helpful with old school customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and took the time with us to answer questions and build the products that met our specific needs.
