I have rented with Backlick Storage since they opened. The facility is well lit, immaculately manicured, clean and secure (keypad entry). The employees are friendly and personable. If your stuff needs a place to stay (long term or short term), I HIGHLY recommend Backlick Storage! I trust them with my stuff! 😃

Great storage place. Easy to access. Clean and conditioned. We just needed storage for a short term and got a deal for two months, with the second month free! The service managers there were great to work with too. We wanted to do our storage days from the middle of the month to the middle of the next month and they let us do that. The other place we had gone to wanted us to pay for a half month, then 1st to 1st rental, which would have made us pay for a full extra month we didnt need. Also, Backlick Storage didnt try to sell us on insurance we didnt need. The sales rep at the other place we checked out said we HAD to purchase their insurance.

Well, I have to say that this is my 3rd or 4th storage company that I have used in my lifetime and am not impressed by too much, however, your worker by the name of Fridge truly made my day. He should certainly be praised for how he made me a new customer. It actually was my 3rd storage facility that had visited that day—but left the others because I either didn’t like the maintenance of the facility itself, or the customer service skills were not in congruence with my expectations. Nonetheless, everyday that I have been there since my initial signing, I have (again) been impressed with the care and maintenance of the facility itself; and have certainly seen Fridge on the grounds doing the bulk of it. Impressed and just wanted to share my experience. Thanks for doing a great job!!!

My mother had storage units here for many many years and the units were always clean, safe, and peaceful. When mom passed away, Mark was so kind and helpful with both me and the estate folks who were handling everything. I have only good things to say about this place and the people who run it. I live in CA and will miss being able to go there.

Backlick Self Storage is a great place to store all of your items that you dont want to clutter up your home with. On addition to climate controlled indoor storage, spacious outdoor storage they also offer storage for trucks, trailers and work vehicles. You need it they have it.

This is my second time renting a storage space from Backlick Self Storage. I find the facilities clean and well maintained at all times. The office staff are always kind and helpful. This is my second time within 10 years choosing to do business with Backlick Storage over the local competition and highly recommend others to do the same!

The facilities are excellent, security is stellar, and staff is friendly. Unfortunately, their administrative side is questionable. One day, without warning, notice, or invoice, our organization arrived at our units to find them physically locked. Even though we had payed in advance for a full year, we were locked out for non-payment. No staff was present at the building, so we were unable to properly access our units.Later, I asked the front desk person why they didnt mail a notice or call and leave a message saying that they considered us past due. The person said, It costs too much money. Its too much trouble. Its your responsibility to know how much you owe, and when you owe.It mystifies me why we would be locked out without notice, even though we were paid up. We greatly value the quality and security of storage here, but I am constantly worried that we may be locked out of our units and denied access without notice, for no apparent reason. Thats why I rate them poor-fair.

I have used this storage facility for almost two years and have had no problems. I have two units in the indoor so I could access the units items no matter what the weather. The staff has always been helpful.

I rented a unit from Storage Partners LLC at their Commercial Drive location. I chose this storage unit not because they were the cheapest but because they are a small veteran owned operation. Unfortunately I have been absolutely appalled by how they have handled themselves and their business. My husband and I placed ALL of our belongings in one of their outdoor garage style units while moving from our current house to our new house. On May 27,2018 I received a call at 4:00 pm that our storage unit was one of several units that caught on fire. Why the delay in communication??? I was out of town at the weekend, so could not get to the space until the following day. Storage Partners LLC provided me very little information regarding the fire. Luckily, I had a relative in the area that could go to the unit to see the damage. What was not communicated to me by Sorrage Partners LLC that everything I owned was gone. I also learned the fire started at 2:30 AM. A passerby called the fire in at 7 am and Storage Partners LLC did not call me until 4 pm that day and provided NO information regarding the severity of the fire. I also learned that when my relative went by the space one of their employees was smirking and making jokes about the fire. How someone could make jokes when tenants lost everything they owned is just completely repulsive to me. When my husband and I arrived the next day to see the unit. It was completely boarded up. No notice that this was happening. Which leads me to that Storage Partners has not reached out once to my husband and I to follow up, provide their apologies or give us an update of the fire investigation. I emailed them twice (to ensure everything was documented)with no response. After two weeks no response, I called and demanded a response. I did get one, but was provided with very few updates and answers on June 12. I have received no update from them or communication since June 12. However we have learned from our insurance company that there has been a cause to the fire that is being pursued. On July, I noticed they had the audacity to charge my credit card when I have not had access to my unit since May. I am 7 mos. pregnant and have caused my family only stress and have shown us no common curtesy or respect. Very dissapointing. Their lack of communication and management of this situation demonstrates a very poorly run businesss.
