We had an excellent experience with Rollins yesterday, as they moved my elderly mom from her condo into an independent living facility. The 3-man crew was on-time, and they were super polite, friendly & very professional. It was a long day for them, even having to work in the rain. But not once did I hear a negative word spoken by them. Doug was great to work with as well in helping assess the items that needed packed, boxed & moved. He likewise was kind, friendly & very professional. I would not hesitate to use Rollins again!

Rollins was very effecient and the movers themselves were polite and considerate. There was a point of confusion regarding # of trucks and people needed, but a quick phone call and they honored the prior discussion for the cost. They are extremely affordable compared to other companies and I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Rollins was very positive and I would recommend them with no reservations. My husband was a victim of covid and this move was emotionally difficult for me. Xavier, Kyle, and Bill were so very kind and very careful in moving my furniture. They worked quickly but were responsive to my requests. They were great. Thanks to you Doug, as well, for being flexible when I was uncertain about storing my furniture or having it taken to my condo which is being renovated. I felt well taken care of at a difficult time in my life.

We do missions work in Guatemala and Rollins has supplied our boxes and tape to send shipments to them. This time they supplied a hundred boxes. We cant thank them enough for their generosity!

Absolutely a phenomenal experience with Rollins Moving and Storage. They were professional, courteous, quick, and very helpful. The actual price of the move came well BELOW what they quoted us, which is atypical of the industry. Even their quote was less than all of their competitors within a 20 mine radius! I have referred them to all of our friends and family, in hopes someone else chooses them for their move, and receives the caliber of service we did. HARD FIVE STARS for Rollins.

I have personally used this company 6-7 times from full home moving to moving a refrigerator and every time the job is well done. They are conscious of your belongings and respectful of you. Their employees are hard working and are experienced movers. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use and recommend them. I have to things to say#1 if your considering moving do not choose Rollins moving and storage I used to work for them and they are a complete joke they don’t care about your stuff and there movers are very unprofessional and drug heads and some don’t even shower and wear the same clothes for weeks I am not just a person made I had to find a new job because I was being kept from being able to work because I had to miss two days for my father in law in the icu at Springfield regional hospital. Just a heads up I’d go somewhere else to be moved#2 if your considering employment I would just keep looking else where they are not the type of employer you would want they are very unprofessional and lie to all there employees

They moved us from Springfield to Mansfield and I was amazed with their speed, care, and professionalism. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The men were hardworking and the cost of the move was less then I was expecting.

I just saw these reviews and wanted to refute them. I have used Rollins several times for moves and never had any issues. No damage, very hospitable workers and really concerned about where we wanted things put. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They are the only ones I would call to get something moved that I couldnt move myself.

If they had six stars, that’s what they’d get. Great price, friendly, courteous, and capable. Hope I don’t have to move again, but if I do, I know who I’ll call!

Rollins did a somewhat complicated move for us between a warehouse and two homes, and they assembled a large bed frame. Xavier and Tim did a professional job for us and were clean, efficient and courteous. We will use them again.

We have never experienced such an awful & unprofessional attitude as we did with Tim Rollins at Rollins Moving & storage. Our move from OH to NC was set and confirmed. Then Tim Rollins calls us 5 days before our move to cancel, leaving us with this huge domino effect because everything was centered around the moving dates. We were terribly upset and told him they had to fix it. He said we will see what we can do! Needless to say, we were aghast and and absolutely astounded at this unprofessionalism! We had to scurry to find another mover so we could stick to our dates. Fortunately we got a good one who was so professional in every way, we are now relieved that we did not use Rollins. Two days before our move, Doug Grimes called to say that they were still trying to make things work! Use a larger reputable company if you have a big move out of state. It is clear that Rollins does not have the ability to deal with anything but small town work within Springfield.

I used this company to move a few years back and they hire little punks that steal. Check the truck.My review is not false as the business owner wants to state. I used their services. I did not report anything to the business because by the time I got through my moving boxes and realized that my cds had been stolen it had been months, so I figured they would not do anything. And evidently from the tone of their response to my review, I would be correct.I also noticed another person has reviewed them poorly on Yelp. So Im guessing the business will work on having that review removed.

I didnt even order Rollins moving & storage but they want to park in my lot for there convenience who cares where you park trucks they dont belong on my property
