Wonderful experience. The lady I spoke with was very friendly. She was more than willing to show me different storage units so I can properly access the space I would need to store my personal items. I would definitely recommend this storage unit facility to friends and family!!!

Has a broken bulk head door. So u have to bring ur stuff thru a door thats so inconveniencing. This place is very expensive too! I would try to find better!

Wow. What a great experience. Came down in the morning and able to see the unit and move in quickly the same day. Kevin was polite and efficient in getting everything together and I was able to get moved in and back to work quickly.

Been a customer since last year, and I neverhave issues of any kind. Place is clean, service is professional and my property is safe. Simply put what more can you ask for in a storage facility.

Not climate control like they clame all take pictures of the pudels of water inside the building tomarow. Also if you less than 30 days late expect herassing emails dayly even after you call and arrange when to come in to pay. They also refuse parshal payments and by herassing I mean herassing. Less than 30 days oueing less than 100 bucks will get your phone blowing up.

I had a great move in experience here at LifeStorage on Taylor street. The move in process was very simple and they had all the moving supplies I needed to make my move easier. Thank you Kevin for your great service.

I have a staging business and outgrew the storage area in my home. Vanessa and Kevin worked with me to find the right size storage and worked within my budget. There was some confusion about the pricing I had in my notes and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The facility is clean and well kept and I feel very comfortable having my nicer furniture and decor stores there. It’s temperature controlled and that’s a huge weight off my shoulders. Great management and staff!!!

Very quick to get a storage, friendly and polite front desk employee. She was clear with instructions and easy to get along with. Reasonably prices unfortunately after six months it goes up and when I called the main number that person did not inform me of the insurance everyone is obligated to get. When you walk to the storage units be careful the a.c leaves puddles of water.

Recently rented from Life Storage on Taylor Street to store my daughters belongings for the summer. The indoor facility is clean and exactly what we were looking for. I have to give a star to write a review but this place deserves no stars at all. From the time that I put my stuff in here to the time that I moved my stuff out its been nothing but trouble. And the people who work here can truly care less. They only have 1 overhead door to get in and out and every time its been broken. The first time the guy working said it all depends on where a tech is that it will get fixed. And now its going to take 4 weeks to get it fixed on the 2nd time it broke. I missed 2 days of work and paying movers crazy amounts of money because they cant get their act together. Im looking into taking this place to court because of all the money I missed at work and the moving cost. Luckily my cousin works at a law firm.

I was never informed that this company took over Cubesmart where I had been storing since August 2018, paying monthly by auto pay without any issues until the changeover. Since Life Storage took over, I have had nothing but problems! They still had an incorrect address although I changed it, and they have lied more than once in stating that they have emailed me and about dates late fees are to be applied! They are thieves and are very unprofessional and unethical! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT USING THIS COMPANY!

I booked a storage unit via phone as I was in a different state. When the moving van & I arrived, I knew I needed something larger. Without any hesitation, the first unit was cancelled and the paperwork for the larger unit done in minutes. Thank you CubeSmart, great customer service & a great concept with your drive in access.

Rented a large storage unit w drive up access. The gate has been broken for almost 6 wks. The inconvenience is totally on the customer having to load up outside and then walk the items into the building. Bathrooms usually NOT in service.
