Excellent customer service and extremely helpful! I recently had difficulties downloading and printing a pdf document from my employer. Multiple employees offered their assistance and together we were able to troubleshoot the issue. Manager even allowed me to use one of the public computers for free in order to obtain the document I needed for a Family Medical Leave Request.

Zachry was of great help. Very attentive and gave us tips which saved us a couple of bucks with our shipping needs.

Wait. FedEx is an Office Center? Had to scan a few pages, went to use the large printer w scan/feed capability & was sent by staff to a flatbed HP G3110 from the 90s that scanned 1 page at a time & took 3 min for each page to process.Ya know...at $.49minWhat a joke.

The lady that helped us on Wednesday, Nov 4th was more than wonderful. My sister left her phone in our car after driving her from St. Louis to Chicago. She advised us not to send the pkg overnight; it would be less expensive to send via ground. She will receive it the next day in Chicago. What a savings she gave us. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Have gone there 1 time. Im disabled and was trying to get into the door while holding a package. The staff member stood on the other side of the door and just watched me struggle. When I finally made it into the store I found the floor was covered with card board and tape. The whole experience was very difficult. I wont go back. As a dsabled person these kinds of circumstances are too difficult to navigate.

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO DAN...I recently lost a package... I dropped it at this location a week ago, my client was complaining that they have not received it... long story short, Dan, one of the managers, help me out tracking the lost box, he went above and beyond the tracking number... date, time, size, weight, you name it, made a few calls to double check untill we (he) got itNeedless to say, he save me a few hundred dollarsPsa: save your receipts, youll never know when you need it

I had to ship several pieces of framed artwork across the country. The staff provided professional packaging services, and I had all eleven pieces arrive as scheduled, with no damage. I was very impressed with the packaging, and the willingness of the staff to meet my needs.

They will not scan and email a doc. You will need to use their .35 cent a minute scanner - takes several minutes to scan each doc. Clean store. Very expensive and not as tech savvy as other like kind stores in Springfield. Good customer service.

My experiences have always been first rate and the location is so easy a visually impaired person could find it....:) World class staff.....thanks, guys and gals!!! FEDEX is the BEST!!!!!

Shipped 2 fragile items from Illinois to Texas. When I received my packages they were broken up like they had been dropped. I had insurance on both items and they are refusing to honor my insurance that was through them. Be very afraid to ship with them. Customer service was very nasty with me anytime I called.

They helped me make a vinyl decal for a window. They made sure it was the highest quality possible and at a great price!

So ridiculously expensive, I had to fax 12 pages to a Chicago fax number, total cost $34.28, seriously could have almost drove there for the same $ amount. I cant believe that it can cost them that much. Never been so price shocked in my life. But had to be done :((
