The main person who works here refuses to wear a mask. I feel very unsafe coming here.

Store did not comply with state regulations. The manager was not wearing a mask while her employees were. The small space was packed FULL. There were circles for distancing but it was not enforced. The manager was rude to the customers before me, and was seemingly very impatient. I was VERY uncomfortable with my experience. I felt that the staff had little regard for my safety.

None of the 3 employees were wearing masks. Regardless of opinion, it is a state requirement in businesses. Made my daughter and me extremely uncomfortable. We were the only ones in there, ignored for first 4 minutes, told 2 times by 2 different people that they would be right with me. Waited 5 more. Still the only people in there. They were talking and laughing. I was very disappointed, felt like an imposition, not a customer. Very strange.

They first off told me they couldnt ship my envelopes and then suggested other businesses. Then they tried to give me postage for my envelopes, didnt have enough. THEN I got to the USPS to ship the envelopes and they told me the shipping store told me I needed the wrong amount of postage. Going to this store was stressful, expensive, and took me longer. NEVER go here unless you want to end up angry and out of more money.

Bill is one of the friendliest business owners I know. He’s very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and makes sure to train his employees well. If you’re ever in the need to ship a package or just mail off a letter, Pak Mail is the place to go!

Went to ship packages today and was refused service and harassed by the owner for leaving a 1 star review. First off, I am entitled to my opinion. Thats what a review is for and second, I never left him a 1 star review until now. I previously shipped a VCR that arrived to my customer with peanuts on the inside and it was ruined. Owner refused to compensate me for the damaged item. This is honestly the worst place for customer service. See previous reviews. Im surprised they are in business. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.....Oh Bill, I think all your reviews speak for your poor quality in customer service. I highly recommend people go elsewhere for their shipping needs.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I like how they compare prices between USPS, FedEx, and UPS. It is also convenient compared to going all the way to the Post Office.

I always trust my important shipments with the owner of this reliable business. Have used them for many years.

Refused to ship my item. Went to usps the next day and had no problems. Never going back. A usps drop off is a few blocks down the road and much better.

Would give it 0 stars. Was told they dont do some of the things a ups store does and stated their fax services were to slow to bother with it wouldnt be done in a timely manner. Never going back

I wish I got the associates name but it was a brunette young woman a little over five feet. She was super rude and had horrible customer service.

Was charged .60 cents for a stamp. Current postage rates at .49 cents for stamps. Serious skimming here.
