Ended up getting bottled drink instead of the fountain drink. Tasted disgusting. But you can never go wrong with a bottle. I’d give it five stars if the drinks tasted better. It’s getting four stars because the staff was awesome. I’ll come back when they fix the fountains

Staff was super helpful, but after talking with my boss I realized that the amount the pump leaked before I started using it was abnormal. I called to try and let a staff member know about it, but I went to voicemail. The one that is leaking is pump #3.

Horrible owner. I pulled in to take my lunchbreak. Bought a drink and the owner told me to move along. He didnt want my truck in his parking lot for the 20 minutes I had for a break. What a horrible company. 7 Eleven are the worst. Just go to Maverik.

As far as convenience stores go, (not generally places you want to enter during covid, if possible), this place was clean and well laid out. Had to run in to pay for gas b/c the pump wasnt working, and it was inviting enough that I stopped to grab a water bottle, too. So, still a gas station convenience store, but cleaner than most Ive seen.

Very rude. Not good place to stop after long trip. Will not let you use the restroom and are very rude about it

This store does not give the same deals as 7-11 does. I went to get .79 drinks, they charged 1.29. will not go back

Whoever was working at 2:00 a.m. on Thursday September 24th is the worst customer service person I have ever experienced in my entire life....he was rude... There was nobody else in the store... And he just kept doing whatever he was doing didnt look up at me didnt say Ill be with you in a minute just stood there till I had to whistle at him and then he looked at me like I was the a-hole.... Definitely would not want him anywhere near any company that I had any respect for

We had free small slurpee coupons that had NO expiration date on them. We took our kids as a reward to get their free slurpees. Apparently a small slurpee is no longer a “product you sell”, so we filled the next smallest size. The lady at the counter wouldn’t redeem the coupons because the listed product isn’t available, followed by a “sorry”... as a Manager of a restaurant, I know she could have honored this coupon for a customer. She wasn’t sorry. And if a coupon isn’t expired and a product advertised on a coupon isn’t available, that isn’t the customers fault. I feel like this was really bad customer service and could have been a totally different experience with a little bit of good customer service.

Bought a car wash. No car wash code on receipt. Called and called and no answer. Went back to the store and they said I didn’t buy a car wash... but I did. I even had my receipt. They don’t care. It’s not their store.

We came in 14 minutes before free slurpee day ended and were told the event was over. When I said it wasn’t 7pm yet the worker told me “well we ran out of cups and it’s almost 7 so it’s over” she was extremely rude and cold. We made it to the other 7-eleven in springville and they happily gave us cups. They will get my business from here on out.

Was at this location 11/14/2020 bought organic 2% milk. Took a gulp and swallowed a clump of milk only to find milk expiration was 6/30/2020. Employees should probably check expiration dates occasionally!

This store is so clean and the cashiers are always nice even though they are workng hard. Restrooms are SO clean.. Much cleaner than most gas stations I been in.

As I was paying for a drink and some snacks the owner Accuse me of stealing a five hour energy drink I told him I did not so he said he was going to go look at the cameras I waited for him to come back and instead of get an apology for accusing me after he reviewed the footage and realized I did not steal he got very aggressive with me verbally so explain to him I would no longer be spending money at his establishment and he told me good get out your money is no good here

Our favorite convenience store. The employees are always friendly to us and fun to joke around with. They are helpful and prepare any food items ordered very quickly. We love to go there and get yummy slurpees! The slurpee just cannot be duplicated no matter how much other companies try. Weve never had a long wait in line. We like that they had tables to sit down at to eat our snacks or pizza. Their $5 cheese pizza really is the best cheese pizza around! Cant speak to the negative issues other people had on free slurpee day as we werent there this year, but it would be understandable that a store has a certain volume available for free and when it is reached the free products might not be available any longer. The slurpees are so inexpensive that it wouldnt have been an issue for us anyway.

Stopped at 7 Eleven on free slurpee day their sign said while supplies last from 11am-7pm. I was denied from getting a free slurpee even though all the slurpee machines were full and I was there before 7pm. The store were making people in line pay up or throw their cups away. What a joke! I felt bad for a few kids that left the store crying. .

Enjoyed this place for a while till recently the clerks have been rude and the I dont care attitude has been upsetting...

The fountain drinks at this location do not taste like soda. They taste like melted a Slurpee.

Defiantly not the nicest gastation or clerks.
