The fully stocked drink cooler has just about anything you crave. The cashier was very friendly. They had a protein shake that was buy 1, get 1 free. That was pretty cool. And yes, I bought one and got one, free.

There was a huge sign outside the doors saying that masks r required by customers & employees to keep everyone safe but the cashier wasnt wearing a mask at all but she was polite, friendly, talkative

I love Maverik but with this store and Santaquin it wont let me pay at the pump with my member card. This requires me to go in every time. So unfortunately theyve lost a customer at these two locations.

The employees themselves are amazing! The only thing that isnt my favorite are how the sandwiches get soggy so fast. Thats not exactly this specific stores problem though. :)

I called to get the current gas prices to see if the prices posted on the Maverik website were accurate and at real time. The staff would not help me. They said that they could not give gas prices over the phone. Then they said that they dont know if the prices on their own website are accurate or not. They certainly didnt know if the website it kept in real time or not. I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service and disappointed in their lack of knowledge about their own website. I could possibly let it slide if the person I spoke with on the phone was a new employee and just didnt know but it was the manager I spoke with. His lack of customer service skills, knowledge, and unwillingness to help me or even care about my questions was appalling. So hear is a shout out to the higher ups at Maverik HQ, please educate your managers. Teach them about the website. Reeducate them about the importance of customer service and provide them with workshops where they can practice and apply these skills. My point, basically, it all comes down to retain-ability; how to keep the customers that they have now happy and to attract new potential customers. The above example of poor judgement and knowledge proves my point. Word of mouth is still the best and worst form of advertisement. -- An Unhappy Previous and Now Lost Customer with a mouth and I will use it, unfortunately for the Springville, Utah Maverik on 1750 W.

This Maverik is usually 10-15 cents cheaper than most other gas stations. I always fill up at this gas station for that reason. Why pay more when you can save a dollar or so here? Cheaper gas makes everyone happy.

My go-to Maverick before work. They usually are pretty quick and I find that 90% if the time this has the best gas prices around in all of Orem/Provo/Springville.

I come theyre at least three times a week and Ive noticed a steady decline. They used to stock up on warm breakfast items. Now its hit and miss. The employees just act like they dont care and the lines are getting longer in longer to check out. Not to mention, I have a loyalty card I was encouraged multiple times to get, since I go there so often. After registering it and using it for a few weeks I find out it doesnt even work and something is messed up with it. Im going to start going somewhere else for a pit stop on my way to work.

This station has fantastic staff and great gas prices. You will always see a smiling face and there is always someone ready to help you out!

Staff is super nice, and I usually go in before work, and grab breakfast every once in awhile. I had grabbed one of the breakfast burritos and it had nothing but potatoes in it....

Im very disappointed with the Management at this maverick there is someone that works there who has pushed my Little boy with Medical Needs and was miss treated not once but two times and they dont seam to care I will get this Maverick closed down if I have to Abuse on my Child is not right at all and we will never go back
