Shower was not working which is always bad, cause we truckers need shower when we need it. But this place only 2 miles away from mountains, so make sure stop here and go for a nice hike. I did it today for 8 miles only but it was worth it.

Bathrooms are disgusting. The diesel island is dirty diesel leaking from the pumps and in the ground. The wipers to clean the windows are broken and falling apart. The people are friendly and great you. The truck parking lot is filthy.

Typical flying J...lot of pumps on the fuel island, good fresh wind wash and squeegees.. deli counter looked old..pizza looked really bad.. parking fills up fast, so get in early...lol. but it has a nice view...

We parked our RV here for the night on our way to Moab. Very noisey obviously because of all the trucks. They have plenty of pumps and parking spots. If you’re trying to get propane here, get here before 2pm. Their sign says someone’s there till 9 but the worker told us they leave at 2.

The staff here is always super friendly. There is quite a bit of parking if you’re in a big rig. You still want to get here a little early to guarantee a spot though because it fills up fast. Bathrooms aren’t super clean but they’re not nasty either. Store is always in good shape and displays are all clean. Lots of choices for fast food inside the flying J and there is a Denny’s attached to it. If you are vegetarian or vegan not much here for you. Good place to stop along I 15 and is the last place you can stop before you get into mid Salt Lake to North Salt Lake.

I worked at Flying Js in Springville for a year. The people were amazing and they all worked hard. I really loved my job in the Deli and if I move back to Utah I will do my best to get hired back with them. Jason the GM was amazing he worked very hard to accommodate everyones time off. The best job I ever had. SPRINGVILLE PFJ you all rock.

The view is pretty nice.Easy to scale and go directly to a pump.

I travel northwest to southeast and back frequently, and Ive overnighted here three times in the last year. The staff is friendly and endlessly accommodating . I sleep in the back of my car in the parking lot and feel absolutely safe. $12 shower in a spotless shower room, then coffee, hard-boiled eggs and fruit from their deli case, and Im back on the road.

Good place To stop and get gas launch or just the snack you can even buy little gidgets and gadgets for home or your vehicles and they have a lot of neat stuff in the store such as electronic devices plugs nicknames keychains etc. You name it they more then likely have it

Took a shower, the lady in the front help sort it out because the system booked me 2 showers and I only needed one.

I like this flying J. But it really sucks when you pull in and there is a tractor trailer sitting in the fuel island. And the driver is either getting a drink or on the toilet. Makes it harder for me. Cause my company watches my every move. Just saying

Stopped here because advertised as having 2 RV lanes. Not all Flying Js have a separate lane for RVs. No separate lanes here. Had to use regular pumps. Tight to get into and out of with a tow vehicle. If we used diesel, could have gone through truck lanes.

Store is clean and staff has always been very accommodating and helpful. Ive said many times that the showers at a Flying-J travel plaza are usually some of the best out there and this store is no exception, the only difference was these showers have doors one them. Not sure why they do at this one, but that door helped keep water in the shower stall so less chance of slipping once finished, and my shoes were dry too!

The 5 stars only because the view you getting here in the morning or on the sunset

Its amazing how often your store employees DONT follow store policy. Every door has a sign saying masks are required...yet everytime i come in all employees are either not wearing a mask, like these two...or not wearing it properly. Hanging off the ear, under the nose, or on the chin. I am in now way pro mask, but just like your employees are required to wear one so am I. Oh and tell them to stop wiping their face and nose with a paper towel before serving food from the hot case. And to start washing their hands instead.

It has the most organized reserved parking setup Ive ever seen of any Pilot Flying J truck stop. I was just complaining the other day about how bad of an experience I had at a Flying J in Nebraska where you had to fight to get all of the people parked illegally out of the space you have paid for while the incompetent manager spent two hours running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to keep the spaces free from illegal parking which could have all been avoided if they just simply repainted the blacktop and bothered using the yellow cones. Here in the Springville it is all perfectly set up and the managers come out in the afternoon to verify everything and speak with the truckers to see how everything is going. They make sure to know that your place is open and that someone isnt parked illegally. Plus the really nice manager gave me a 90% discount on a pack of baby wipes which Ive never seen before. The workers at this place are incredibly friendly.

Chris and Susan were eager to help when we found out your 24 hour Dennys was closed due to the fake pandemic. They made us fresh wings that were awesome. Great employees..

This truck backed into what looked like a metal box truck/might have had a cover over a camper to make it more stealth. Either way the truck hit the other vehicle and it was a heavier set lady with reddish hair and a Male skinny had his hoodie up, but his hair was dark. I didnt see where they came from, but I did stop in and say something to a lady in flying j. She had no care once I told her what vehicle it was, and she just walked of and said I dont know that vehicle and mumbled something under her breath. I said um okay I just wanted to let you know a crime happen out in your parking lot. Maybe this will help if someone know that truck, they should do the right thing and speak up, put yourself in that person shoes.

I took a shower here and the toilet was full of shave clippings. Gross!!!

It takes a special kind of nerve to post a sign telling customers we have to wear masks when this morning your employees (Mary and 2 others) were wearing their masks down around their chins like chin straps, mouth and nose exposed. Also, cashiers hand drivers lids for coffee, after handling cash. Gross.

Im a rider on a rig. Staff is awesome!!! Had a problem with a dryer, and they were so quick to help and make its happy. Stayed the night. Oatmeal came out fresh and delicious. Staff again was so quick to please. Bathrooms facilities are very clean. Didnt have time to eat in the restaurant, but if its anything like the rest if the place, Im sure its good. Thank you for your hospitality.

Ive tried to get propane here multiple times and wont be trying anymore, sign says 7am-9pm but employees say they only do it 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, I showed up today at 3:30 and they said no theres no one here that can do it and we dont want to put everyones life at risk, wtf is wrong with you people like your job is really that hard!!! Place is a waste of time, why would you carry propane if you dont want to sell it?!

Please get the natural gas pumps serviced. Everytime I come here to fuel up, there is never good pressure and it’s a hit and miss which sometimes can be frustrating. In fairness, the food at the deli is warm and good for a gas station meal.

I was there from 1pm to 8 sleeping after a long drive from taxes just to be a waken and ask to move my shipping van so a bigger truck could park there???? So I did and was trying to go to sleep when a worker decided to come ask me if I had a problem. Inside other then being waking up two times when I still have 14hr to drive n need sleep and he went and call the cops saying I looked drunk and was cousins problem .

RVs are allowed to park in non parking spots, but trucks will be told to move. Not exactly what I call driver friendly as much as tourist friendly. Let a truck park out of place and they are told they can’t park there and to move, let a 4 wheel SUV park in big truck area, and nothing is said or done. This facility (management) has some issues with trucks, even though trucks are most of their business.

The Flying J directory Listed That this Flying J had RV parking.There is no RV parking here.You have to park with the trucks.If you Are pulling a long RV and use the entrance marked cars and RVs, You may find it too tight to maneuver easily

Its a great place. For those trucker. Who. Need gas and a quick shower and to wash. Clothes. They. Are very. Genrous. In allowing those who have no home but a truck or car to sleep in. To sleep in the front parking lot area. Maybe not all day parking. But only parking at night. My boy friend did this for 2 years from time to time. It even has Dannys next to it. And thats also. Were i go mostly.

A great place to get coffee. They have all different blends and all the accessories to make it just like you want. Lots of snacks and drinks are available, as well as hot food. The restrooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot and gas pumps are clean and smooth.

Not a very good experience. YourApp indicated RV lanes. The entrance sign indicated Auto RV With an arrow. Upon entering did not see any RV lanes. Regular pumps were changeling to get lined up properly. Exiting was also difficult. Upon arrival I went inside to use the restroom . I asked two employees behind the counter where were the RV pumps they said the have any special RV lanes or pumps. Please correct your app NO RV LANES, and have the station remove RV from the entrance sign. I am a Good Sam member and rely on your app for my frequently rv tripsThank you

I love this truck stop. There is always a ton of great junk food to buy and the bathrooms are, for the most part, pretty clean.

Clean bathrooms, also part of corporate gas stations so your Flying J coupons are welcome!! Staff is incredibly nice!! Good coffee bar!

I asked for a whole pizza the clerk said they were not making any more. Then while I was pumping gas 2 more came out. I could of got my crew a whole pizza instead of just a slice each. Never had that problem there before.

Good at location. Health/warm meal stand was available during visit. Restrooms and toilets appeared to be very sanitary and clean. Not crowded.

The breakfast sandwiches were amazing! I had the sausage, egg and cheese French toast sandwich, it was so good Im sorry I didnt get one for later! My bff had the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich, flakey biscuit was really good!

Great service friendly staff clean showers unfortunately can never get a parking space because they have some arrangement with XPO an LTL company to use there parking lot as a drop yard and taking up spaces that over the road drivers a getting screwed out of. Xpo has lots of money. They can afford to go rent space somewhere else

2.This is the perfect example of why anti-trust laws should be enforced down small companies. Flying J was bad before they merged with Pilot. Now its twice as bad. I thought over time it would get better. 35 minutes to get a Shower @ 0530, one lady sitting out front smoking the maintenance man wandering around looking at the stuff in the store and one person sweeping the floor.No one exited the shower before I got a shower. When went back to mine there were doors open waiting to be cleaned.

This Flying J is great. The staff are friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. Its big enough I was able to get my 32ft motor home in, with a trailer on the back, and fuel up, without feeling like I was in everyones way. And the pizza is not bad either.

Clean showers that are kept ready with usually no wait! Plenty of fuel islands that are usually well stocked and service that is a little step above the typical PFJ standard.

Nice place, plenty of room to park, some reserveparking that u have to pay for. But late at night that is an option . HAS ALL AMENITIES. SHOWERS, HOT FOOD OPTIONS. DRIVERS ROOM WITH TV 24 HOURS A DAY

This place is run down, the driveway is potholed. I found the in side just as bad. Would drive to Loves just down the road. 😢

Only came to shower. Shower was nice until I went to use toilet and found the person before me had explosive diarrhea... Yep... Gross! Call the manager into bathroom to explain to him the issue. He refused to look, even though he was warned, but its ok for me to touch the lid as a customer. All he could say was sorry Ill get someone to clean it up... So I said seriously! Thats it??... He said I can offer you a free meal upfront... Like I want to eat there after this experience.... On hold with corporate now.

One of the older models of Flying Js but it does have the only Dennys over this way and the Dennys is the remodeled version. The station doesnt have a ton of regular parking, thats close to the actual entrance. If you need make a quick run it, this isnt the stop. There just isnt very much space for basic needs.I personally havent used the showers but the bathrooms are also a little dated at this stop. It would be cool to see this one get an update soon. the exit itself is making progress.The Large truck parking is off to the south of the shop. If you want to sleep some here. I think its pretty poorly lit (if that makes a difference to you). They have a small game room and a lounge area though. I dont think the wifi is very good if you need that.

Coffee was full of grinds, and not a lot a food. Bathrooms were a wreck. Pumps needed cleaning as well. Sad is, i have been here before and was much happier. Hopefully it gets better

The fuel here is always the cheapest in nearly a 100 mile radius of Evanston the staff is by far the friendliest in any convenience store truckstop Ive ever been to.

Always clean, always open when I been there, friendly staff. And delicious coffee and snacks to go.

Place is clean. Overall, staff is alright. Area is quit.Only issue I really had was that I had reserved a parking space the day before, got checked in at about 3:30 PM day of reservation with me being the only 1 in the reserved parking area, then 6 hrs later to get waken up between an employee and another driver and get told to move over some 3 ft cause were all crooked in the reserved spots. It would be nice if the reserved area had been re-paved with strips down indicating the parking, or at least just a fresh coat of paint for the strips indicating the parking spots.

We needed bolt cutters for and odd situation. The didnt have any unfortunately. They also were lacking in the hot food department. It was about one a.m. . I would expect a 24 hour truck stop to always be able to serve a hot meal. And also to have bolt cutters for random locks that end up on your trailer that dont have any keys.

Best shower ever. Everything seemed nice and clean. Denny is always a plus, car parking is limited. But plenty for big trucks.

Pulled in this afternoon to fill up on diesel on my way south. Have had great experiences at other flying J. A different experience at this one...I met Loretta at the checkstand. Her demeanor was like that of a venereal disease although not as nice to have around...A strong antibiotic will get rid of VD. Someone should do the same with Loretta.I will not be returning here for anything...

Its interesting that this is called a Travel Center. Im not saying its wrong, I just never thought of it this way. It has a FedEx dropoff and a meh Dennies attached to it. It brings alot of trucking to Springville. Its good

Good place to fill up your CNG vehicle. However, they often have trouble with there pumps. (Low pressure, pumps stop due to errors)

Please completely renovate the restrooms because your restrooms have strong smell to mold, musty, and damp. Your restrooms have excessive smell of mold, musty, and damp and also have excessive smell of strong chemicals and air freshener mixed with excessive dirty air mold, musty, and damp. My family has asthma and severe allergies, and we had to leave Pilot and shop somewhere else because we werent able to use your restrooms. Please well renovate your restrooms and then youll have a lot more customers.

I always enjoy Dennys. It was good food and the service was good.

For a small travel center, this place really provides. Wether trucking or travelling, you can usually find it. Dennys restaurant is available along with hot case food during the day in the store. Scales, showers, laundry are on site with a truck wash next door. There are no mechanical or tire services on site.

Took 10 minutes for the guy working to realize that I was standing at the counter. When he goes in the back, he needs to check the front sooner then 10 minutes. Limited selection of energy drinks for a truck stop.

Showers where cold. Didnt want to give me back a shower credit till I said I was going on Google an posting. Not the cleanest either. Manager was rude while explaining how the shower was. The dennys there cant cook your food to order. Food comes out cold an not cooked. This place is a joke. Recommended not to go there .....

Shower clean, good water pressure; dirty lot; watch out for the young pretty girl that tries to scam drivers. Walks around and picks her Target, then makes up a story even cries( crocodile tears) so u can give her money! Beer here. 3.2 only.

Dirty nasty parking lot, too much merchandise in the store to move around with the amount of people coming and going. On a positive note Cierra behind the register was nice!!
