After looking at box stores and other plumbing suppliers for a water heater, this was the best place for service and getting a fair price. The Reehm 50 gallon natural gas water heater was in stock and Mark was great to work with there. He took the time to answer my questions and provide guidance on how-to install.

I was so disappointed that I dont even think I finished writing my review. Now a few months later I have given some thoughts to what happened Ill try and explain why I gave one star to this review. My husband and I went to this store looking for an instant hot water faucet and when we stopped at the counter to ask if they had it, we asked to two ladies that were working behind the counter when they were going to answer this older man Im not sure if he was the owner or a manager, he gave us an answer and he wasnt quite nice. He said they didnt have it, it was too complicated to work with and thats why they didnt sell it there. All while mumbling and walking away from us, we just stood there realizing that that was it he wasnt coming back to help us with our questions. My husband and I felt embarrassed for even asking and left. Dont think were going back there.

Had about half the Sprinkler supplies I needed. When I asked when they would have more in stock they said “no idea can’t help you”. Definitely don’t waste your time here. The service is bad, bunch of grumpy old men who are so annoyed to be helping you and in the end aren’t sorry that they can’t. Go to Lowe’s.

Do not go to this location.Husband and I just had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere at True Value Springville.We had just checked out and paid upwards of $125 when I saw one thing I needed that was out of stock everywhere else. No one was in line behind us or even in the store so I thought it’d be fine to purchase.Apparently not, because the teenage boy checking us out started obviously snickering and then turned to my husband and said ‘better run while you still can buddy’ right in front of me.Excuse me? I’m still shocked and upset. Who thought a teenager could ruin a lovely evening? Not me.

Best place ever to buy plumbing parts. Service is fantastic, always someone to help with what you need.

Put simply, this location is flat out rude and act like they are bothered to have to help. Ive given True Value and the attached Standard Plumbing store four attempts to earn my business. All four times I have been outright amazed by the terrible service. The employees are rude, and act totally bothered to have a customer in the store. Ive never been treated so terribly at an establishment trying to earn my business. I gave them multiple tries thinking everyone has a bad day, but it has been consistently poor treatment.Experiences include being heavily sighed at (with an eye roll) when asking for the location of a product, to being yelled at for walking in the closed plumbing area. (If it is closed, put a sign up, chain it off, do something to let people know the area is off limits!). Ive had one employee openly complain about the younger employees there while telling my I was cutting into his break time. Its just been awful, it really has.I was excited when they first opened since they are near my home, but I have now vowed never to set foot in there again, and I would suggest you do the same unless you like being treated like trash.

Customer service is top notch. Store is bigger inside than it would seem with a decent selection. Prices were a little better than Sunroc from what Ive gathered.

First time in this store. Helpful with key making and chicken coop supplies. Closer for me than going to Spanish Fork or Provo to feed stores.

I waited for an employee to check me out. He told me he was busy, and to go to find another employee. I waited 15 min while I watched said employee help another customer who came after me. Literally no employees were around to do a simple check out. The two I encountered were too busy. I ended up putting my four items back on the shelf and leaving! Funny thing is there is a sign stating if you leave a positive google review you can receive a discount. One star doesnt even cut it; should be zero. 1:30 pm 8/30/2017
