A lot good sarees, Had a blouse stitched, was perfect, got it re stitched again for free when I had a rip from my own doing.

July/August 2017: We used them to sew all of my bridesmaids’ saree blouses. Stated one price up front and then charged nearly double and held the blouses until we agreed to pay the new price. On top of that, stitching was horrible and not a single bridesmaid’s blouse fit without last minute seam ripping by my mom.

Really bad customer service, sis is getting married in two days, a bridesmaid is in need of in skirt for saree, I call in to try and get a price and idea of the color of inskirts they carry, because I am not going to waste my time driving somewhere in case what they have isn’t what we need.A male answered the phone and he was speaking in a hurried manner. He was saying the store was busy, and if I wanted any more Information on the inskirts besides the color they have available, I need to physically go in.Never has any retail store done this before, I understand stores get busy some times, but that’s why the “Hold” button was Invented and put on landline, so you can do your job properly and get back to the customer after the brief hold in a professional ionl manner.Update: on the phone he said he had gray, turned out to be olive green - nice.

I had been only once and hopefully that will be my last. My wife bought a shirt for me and it turns out to be an old stock [It had stains in them]. I didnt want anything for replacement but they said they can offer only exchange. The selection were not appealing to me and just for the sake of getting the replacement, I selected one and he straight away charged $ 10 extra claiming it was not the same material but linen but the inner tag clearly and boldly says cotton. The sales person doesnt know anything about customer service nor the clothes he sells.

This store is absolutely wonderful!!!They have affordable in vogue Bollywood/ Indian designs and materials for weddings, birthdays ect.They store owner is so friendly and easy going. If you want something they do not have at the moment or in stock he is willing to order it from india for you.Or if you need a lot more of something for a big party, he will get it as an incredibly CHEAP PRICE.I know because I have been all over Houston looking.Plus they also sell INSTOCK VIRGIN HAIRSo by the time Im done, from head to toe Im looking GREAT
