Worst experience every went in there at 8:52 they said closing in 2 mins never going back to that one and the lady was rushing me

Nice store

They have a pakistani lady behind the counter that is rude and a total coronaphobe. I saw her yelling at someone about a mask while someone in store was stealing. She was more worried about the person wearing a mask than the theft. Total incompetence

Let’s me share my story . One thing I can say this place is close to my house which very convenient for me and my mother . But now I’m very disappointed when me and my mother when up there, your store has one rude, Disrespectful, not nice and not kindly employee she a old American Lady who works I. The front cashier . she made me and my mother feel very discriminative by her she was yelling at us due to my mother coughing while wearing a mask but still came at us like we were during crime . She very very rude . Your store needs to look into why y’all not making business n customers because of rude employee which make us feel Very uncomfortable . I hope she can fix her Attitude with people because that’s what the retail is all about and working in stores being nice with people and not being rude !! In chess I reported this to the corporate office .

Absolutely worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Cashier (older woman) is always on her phone, talking loudly and is rude to everyone.

The MANAGER with the DRAWN on EYE McDonald’s EYEBROWS has it added to very very bad ATTITUDE I went to purchase a Uber card As I ALWAYS DO do with my debit card . When I walked IN the store my purse wENT OFF she told she needed to check my purse before I left I hadn’t even walk past GIFT CARDS I decided not to shop anything further than Uber card . When she realize I was purchasing a Uber car she became beyond PETTY . Told me I couldn’t buy Uber card with my debit card so I told her let’s do cash back after about a drink . I get $25 in cash back and to be PETTY MANAGER she gives me 20 IN ONES and tells me “YOU CAN COUNT IT” But if she was smart she would’ve known I was going to give it right back to her and put it on the Uber card But she was in she was trying to be nasty like her eyebrows . I put a five on top of that 25 and told her no you can Count . BEWARE of the BLACK SHORT WOMAN with the drawin on BLACK McDONALDS EYEBROWS she is supposedly the manager which is BeYOND SAD so be where depending on her mood she has the power to MAKE U NEVER want to SHOP THERE AGAINYEA THE STORE IS CLEAN BUT THAT MANAGER HAS A DIRTY FULTY NASTY LOOK N ATTITUDE TO MATCH

WORST STORE EVER THE CASHIER IS VERY RUDE AND ON HER PHONE. WHY SHE WORK THERE OF SHE JUST ON HER PHONE GOSSIPING. SHOULD HIRED PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK.

Nice workers and clean place

Employees seem to be pretty nice, and its a bigger family dollar than what you normally find in Houston.

Store is nice and clean, nice employees and good customer service.

The lady at the cashier is extremely rude, she yelled at me saying that it was closed. She never told me where to go (if there was another open cashier). After being yelled at I ended up leaving because I couldnt buy with the customer service. You’re just losing customers by having rude workers at this store.

Im ok with most the staff here but by far the worst employee has to be Darleen ! You are an employee not an officer. Ive seen her hound customers down that she believes are stealing and even block the door from letting them exit, she made one lady empty her pockets and accused her of stealing some lipstick, maybe she did but maybe she didnt, you cant prove unpackaged lipstick with no sticker is yours! Thats is very dangerous, I work in customer service and you are not suppose to do that! She has done it to me and I am a frequent customer, I was looking for a flea collar and couldnt find it so I left, then she followed me around and when I started to exit she started questioning me and when I told her something she explained that she had the product and hadnt put it out, idgaf bc it wasnt on the floor so you shouldnt have been following me, I was on the phone so I took a while bc I was in deep conversation, I wasnt stealing! Then today she was on the phone walking through the isles and no one at the front counter, she didnt greet me, and when she was checking me out she didnt even look at me, just talking away on her Bluetooth ! WORST EMPLOYEE IVE EVER SEEN

Ok store. I dont go often. Most times can find what Im looking for, but its dark and a bit crowded.

Manger of the store is extremely rude to every customer, I talked to some of the other employees and they even agree with me.

I have nothing against the color agent epro there is a very rude brunette iso that a client returned a box of water to the shelf because she did not want to buy it AAA but the incredible thing was the price of the box of water $ 24 dollars

I take very bad impression of that family dollar, bad service, the staff is very rude, everything is messy and smells bad, they do not have an expired product control.
