Customer service was good and I got a new phone.Update: I was having problems with my phone, had to send in through UPS and havent received back. I had my phone for 5 days. Its been over 3 weeks ago. I havent had a phone. I called about my phone trying to get an update on when Ill receive my phone and customer service was terrible and not very knowledgeable nor helpful. Im still waiting till this day, still no phone. Im using a wifi phone number and service. This is terrible!!!!

The customer service representatives went above and beyond on a personal level while I was in the store, but there was an issue. I was asked if I wanted to purchase phone insurance. I declined and the next morning my phone service was suspended because I had not paid for insurance.

The people that work there was very professional and they did everything they could to try to help me Resolve my issue even though text support could not help them they want above and beyond looking stuff up online trying to find a way to straighten things out funny I really appreciate them and I am glad that yall have friendly staff thats willing to help and have the patience and understanding to work with you even when you frustrated so my rating for him on a scale to 1 to 10 is a 12 good job guys at Cricket and Starksville Mississippi I really appreciate yall

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a cellular store. The manager there is absolutely unprofessional in every way. I came into the store with my child wanting to acquire more knowledge of the plans. I had planned to switch to cricket with my three kids and my husband was going to get his own account with his three kids. However, after coming into the store, I change my mind. Su smelled heavily of cigarette smoke due to her having been outside the front door smoking when we had pulled up, her hair was untidy, and her shirt was too small. In addition, a man that I am assuming was her husband came in wearing a wifebeater and torn up shorts. He kept calling her babe while I was in store. She also ended up slipping up and saying a curse word in front of my child which I did not appreciate AND she sneezed without covering her mouth which is extremely unhygienic. She also spoke too much about her family problems which I did not think was professional at all. All I wanted to do was find out more about the plans. As a university worker and friend of President Keenum, I will not be recommending Cricket to any of family or friends. She was disgusting and unprofessional and due to her lack of respect, I will make sure to let every university employee and student of mine to know not to go to the Cricket Wireless store in Starkville.
