My new Audi needs a new part to my charger. The insurance company authorized an hour diagnostics evaluation from the dealer rather than a garage because of the necessary parts. I chose to visit Audi in State College because they could see me right away. I explained to them what was going on with my car. After two days, I picked up my car which was not fully charged and no parts were ordered at this time. There was an additional fee for an evaluation on my car but the original problem was not resolved whatsoever. The visit was a complete waste of time and energy and money. Especially when they offered to order a replacement cord for $3000+ without knowing what was wrong with the one that came with the car. There are three components and it appears only one of them is bad. I dont even think they looked at my cord or tried my charging cord components to see which parts need to be replaced to resolve my dilemma. I looked up the cord component on the Audi website myself. Its listed for under $200. Then the service guy has the nerve to say that this type of electric car isnt all that. As if having the car fully charged upon my arrival was expecting too much considering its only guaranteed to have 160 miles of electric power on a thirty minute charge. THATS THE REASON I BOUGHT THE CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Its extremely important and I consider it ALL THAT! At first I was impressed with the dealership until they let things end this way. I dont think Ill order any parts from there and I dont think Ill go back for any future assistance. Ill get my insurance to pick up the claim at another location.
I had a great experience with my purchase here. I had just moved to the area and was going to be out of town for a couple weeks but needed a new car when I returned. Kelsey was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on inventory, listening to my needs, and being available when I needed to test drive/come in for purchase. Dean was also very knowledgeable when it came to every feature on the car I ended up buying, especially when it came to details of how I would be using the car. And Carl in finance was great to work with. From the beginning he was very clear and up front with me when I asked if there were any additional fees required besides tax and title/registration (there weren’t). Everyone in the dealership was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I’m looking forward to returning for my next Audi purchase.

Bought a used car off of them and regret it. Had a problem while under warranty and they fixed it after going back and forth about it being covered. Amazingly the same problem popped back up not to long after the warranty expired. More arguing with no luck and $700+ the problem was fixed again. Month later, problem is back. They have to charge us again to look at it. When asked about all the expenses the last time, they told my wife that its State College so expect to pay more.
Amazing staff. It was my daughters first experience buying a car, they treated her very professionally and patiently. Sales Manager Joseph Giardino was amazing, taking extra time to walk her through the process, as a parent i was very impressed with how they treated her. I highly recommend this dealership.

This dealership used to be a great one. I was so satisfied with my experience 3 years ago, that I have referred more than 5 people to this dealership over the last couple of years. But after the management changed recently, it has turned into one of the worst! I could not imagine to what extent some people can be irresponsible and dishonest! I will bring my complaint to the dealer principal, maybe they can help!

Traveled 3 hours from Maryland because they had the exact Q7 in stock that my wife and I wanted. Our local dealer couldn’t find one for us. We worked primarily with Dean who was very helpful. Made the deal with Bryan over the phone, he was very reasonable. Finance/paper work part was slow but it seems to be like that at every car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Very good experience overall, we love our Q7!

This place is a joke. I took my car there to have the rim fixed and they could not find my appointment. I had to show them my text reminder of my appointment. They said Oh, we were going to call you and tell you your appointment was changed to Thurs. I said really, I am from Lewistown and someone went out of there way to follow me here and you are telling me this??? They just looked at each other, NO APOLOGY NOTHING!! THESE ARE THE MOST UNPROFFESIONAL PEOPLE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

Had pistons, rings, timing chain and timing chain cover replaced in spring of 2020. The work required them to remove the engine. A year later I have a rear main seal leak because they failed to put a new seal on($50 part) when they put the engine back in. They quoted me $4,000 to replace the seal that should have been replaced when the engine was out originally. Im very disappointed that the service department didnt acknowledge their mistake and replace the part for me. I even purchased my vehicle at their dealership. Not to mention that my vehicle needed all of this work with only 74,000 miles on it.
They’re literally the reason I ended up getting rid of my Audi A4 can’t stand behind a brand who hires such clueless and unprofessional staff members!
Outrageously expensive service. A5 only needed a new battery. It took them 2 days and I am embarrassed to say how much I paid for it. Stay away!
I have had service done at two Audi dealerships. The other dealer was in Allentown and they were just in the middle of new construction. Service was in a trailer and they did very well adapting to make it work. Im sure they have finished by now and look forward to seeing them.State College is different. I had an issue with power steering and it was making a very loud noise while leaking fluid. I wanted them to find the leak and why it was so loud. Unfortunately I must have had the youngest or least experienced tech on it. He spent hours and at the end of the day, was hundreds of dollars just to have some fluid added to top it off.When I arrived and talked to service manager the head mechanic just happened to be there. He had me drive it back to the garage and determined in five minutes what the problem was. He was a great guy and had the same car and gave tips on the reset switch and back window that I actually used just two weeks ago.Allentown Audi sends me material including coupons every couple months. They even called to see how my ride home that day was and that their repair was compete. I have more work to have done and State College is the closer of the two. I will update this after a trip to each again.
I have been getting my B8.5 S4 serviced here for the last 3 years. No complains. They do a fantastic job and are friendly.
1st, service never called back, and even asked receptionist to have them call. 2nd, stopped by, waited 20 min for someone to show up, AFTER asking a sales person where they were. Oh theyll be right back. Get radios and or get on an intercom and tell them someone is there. 3rd, service entrance moved to VW side. The most dysfunctional entrance and egress ever, poor decision to move it from previous service entrance. 4th, see the picture. Parked car near the used oil area, fround covered in spilled oil, which I had to walk through to get in car. For crying out loud, THINK. 5th, grease prints all over driver door (pic). Thankfully, this was last of a series of Audi care. Car will go elsewhere going forward. All of this a far cry from previous owners standard of care. It would be one star had it not been for pleasant exchange with cashier and the awesome A6 loaner.

Pay a lot for your Audi and expect the service of a luxury brand? Not here. $65k car with 7500 miles on it. Rear parcel shelf B&O sub buzzing like a beehive. Drop it off to have that fixed and after 3.5 hours of felt tape repair its still there. I call to get that fixed again along with a leaking water pump that is a known problem with these cars. Im told they only give loaners if you bought from them. So Im off to another dealer. This is the first Ive heard where a brand new car from a luxury German brand will not give you a loaner if they need your car for a few days as its company policy at Ciocca to only give loaners for cars bought here. My Ford truck I bought in California and have never been denied a loaner. I bought my Honda in Johnstown and was given a loaner. My VW I bought in Tennessee and was given a loaner (at another dealership).
I had way better experience in Audi Wichita. I think they have to improve services and environment. It’s a good service store, but so is walmart.Might be a reason to sell mine soon. I wish them good luck.
I did get to test drive a few cars and was pleased, however Im specifically looking for a TDI and they had none on the lot to test drive.

They give you a run around and try to charge you more than they should, thinking the customer doesn’t know better! This place is horrible and I would never recommend anyone go there! You’ll just waste lots of time and money!
As my other reviews indicate, this family is a family of crooks liars and thieves, never allow them to sell you a vehicle, or maintain or repair your vehicle, whatever theyre telling you its an outright lie, and their only interest is fleecing you for the absolute maximum amount of money they can, going so far as to sell vehicles as inspected, that could have never passed inspection for the state. I wish the DA would investigate them and shut down their crooked family for good.
I would just like to say that Reid was simply amazing with helping my purchase my Gla 250! The service was lovely! With him answering all of my questions. He helped me get everything I was looking for! Also, he didnt mind staying late since I had to drive 3 hours to get the car. I truly appreciated everything! Had an excellent experience at Audi today. Decided to buy a new car and narrowed it down to a few choices. One nice benefit is there are multiple choices at one dealership between Audi, Volvo, Nissan, and Mercedes. Terri helped me with a few test drives and she was absolutely excellent. Did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. She was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to speak with and enjoyed my time there. I ended up with the Audi and got the ball rolling. Terri was quick and helpful with the process, making buying the car the way it was meant to be. Lou helped with the finances and everybody there was extremely friendly. There was some downtime with paperwork, but there was water, sodas, snacks, etc while you wait. The car was detailed before the drive-off and they spent extra time to make sure you understand the controls of your new car, such as setting up wifi and connecting to your phone.I would highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend Terri for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. 5 stars all the way.

Not knowing the exact model I wanted, Nazel allowed me to test drive a few different cars on the lot before ultimately selecting a pre-owned certified Q5. Jodi in the service department is very friendly - I enjoy chatting with her when I drop off and pick up my vehicle. She is thorough and explains things well. They are very good about sticking to the schedule and having my car done on time, and it sure did look great after an exterior car wash!
The service department does not answer their phone, return calls, or emails. If youre hoping to get any safety recall work done,( eg the one where the drivers airbag will blow metal shards through your neck), youre best off finding another dealer.
I broke down on a cross country at 3pm on a Friday. Uh oh. Stranded in PA i called local AWE, per their suggestion i got a tow to Audi State College. What a great decision that ended up being. The fantastic folks there helped me like i was family. Outstanding salesman Reid, greeted me upon arrival. Told me and showed just how to have fun in town, he even offered his place to stay a night. Wow. What a stand up guy! The rest of the crew was not far behind. The mechanics were savvy and Eric always knew what was going on. Seriously, these guys are in the people business who just happen to sell and work on beautiful cars. They got me on the lift first thing Monday morning. Engine open and diagnostic done by 9. Parts were retrieved from hours away and i was peeling out of there before the end of the day! These guys arent good, they are the BEST!! You cant find better service around. I recommend Audi State College to Audi owners everywhere! Thank You Guys!! You Rock!

Hit a rock and damaged the underside of my S4. Service Dept evaluated my car on a walk-in basis, put it on the lift and analyzed the problem. I was able to leave my car there a day before the required part would arrive and, as luck would have it, the motor for the differential arrived a day early, so they finished the job a day early. Pleasant staff, flexible and efficient.

Every time I call there, I get voicemail and it takes them days to call back (Im still waiting 2 days now for a call back). I have never dealt w/ a high end dealership that doesnt have a live person answer the phone! Sooo annoying! Ive taken my car there for oil changes, etc only because its the only place in town but wish I had another option. Staff are friendly enough when youre actually there. My main issue is them not answering the phone and having to leave a message just to make an appointment.

The inventory was nice however no one could be bothered to come out and talk to me. Fortunately there are other Audi dealers.
Terrible waiting area in the showroom. No loaners and a bad shuttle schedule. Even though its the same owner, Mercedes was a much better service experience for a similarly priced vehicle. They also left a plastic piece in my cupholder that I had to look up to see where it was supposed to go from when they took apart the glovebox for a recall.

I want to take the time to relate our positive experience in purchasing an Audi Q5 from your dealership. I spoke with Mike McKay several times over the phone, peppering him with questions and concerns, changing my mind etc and he remained patient and professional throughout.My wife and I and our little annoying dog drove 2 1/2 hours on Saturday to meet with Mike and to consider the purchase. The car was made ready and waiting for us to test drive, during which, he answered many questions. Maybe even a couple hed never heard before. But he remained patient, courteous, and kind.Back at the dealership, Mike made sure we had coffee and even made a water dish for the dog out of a styrofoam cup. While considering all our options, we never felt any pressure at all. Mike appeared to be more a friend helping us out than a salesman. We also at one point met your sales manager Levan, who was also very kind and helpful.I believe an employee is a reflection of those above him. You can be proud of the manner in which Mike represents you and your dealership. As an employer, I know how difficult it can be to find people of his caliber. Congratulations on a great find.
