I had an issue with a battery for a lawn mower that I purchased 4 months ago and the owner tested the battery and gave me a new one. I have been buying all my batteries here for several years and I always get great service. I highly recommend this store.

I had been unable to get a replacement battery for my old Black & Decker cordless lawn mower, until this guy at the Battery Outlet helped me out. The lawn mower is doing great now. Then today he also sold me replacement batteries for my UPS (uninterruptible power supply). Much cheaper than dealing with the original manufacturer of the electronics. Great service! Fast, courteous, thorough.

Guy always tests your batteries and didnt sell you anything if you dont need it. Always gives you a fair price. Best place in town bar none.

Very freindly and knowledgeable. Does not push you to purchase. Checks your battery and lets you know the status. My battery was 7 to 8 years old, so I bought a new one. Reasonable price. He removed my old battery and installed my new one in a matter of minutes at no cost. Definately recommend them.

Ive have been to this store on two different occasions. First was for an ATV battery and the second time was for a replacement battery for my kids Ride on truck. Both times the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that, they had what I needed on stock and at a lower price than anywhere in town.

Free recycling of UPS and car batteries as well as alkaline cells. Has always been able to provide the correct size for each of the different UPS units I work with. Very courteous service. Good prices on car batteries also - Ive taken three cars to them for replacement batteries and all have lasted past the printed warranty.

This guys the best. Always (and Ive bought 6 batteries for my many various vehicles) goes the extra mile - the extra 10 miles really. Once I got there just before closing and borrowed his tools to take the fairing off my BMW to get at the battery. He stayed late and helped even though I didnt buy that day

Knowledgable and great product and service

I rented a Budget truck online, but changed my reservation to 2 days earlier. I committed this change with the national office, and confirmed at Battery Outlet 5 days prior to pickup. I show up on the date I switched to, and lo and behold they didnt have my updated reservation (which I had confirmed with them already).They gave me a far-too-large truck, which cost me a lot extra in gas mileage. The gentleman who rented me the truck at the actual store was not very polite, and sighed constantly while doing his job as if I was an inconvenience. I will *not* do business with Battery Outlet again.
