Food is tasty and I love the fresh squeezed orange juice. Staff is very friendly! One of my favorite spots in State College.

This was honestly super disappointing. I used to go to the Westerly Place Bagel Crust all the time, and the egg and cheese bagel sandwiches were truly next level. Always overflowing with piping hot eggs and melty cheese. I was really looking forward to going to another location because I missed the sandwiches!The sandwiches I got today had more cheese than egg. The cheese wasn’t melted. The bagel was tough and dry. The lids on our iced coffee didn’t fit so coffee spilled everywhere. I’m only leaving this review so hopefully if it was an off day, that it can be fixed for other future customers who are looking for the quality the Westerly location had. I really love Bagel Crust and I’ll be trying your other locations next time.

I had a pork roll, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It was pretty good and the cashier was friendly. My only question is how did they make my sandwich so quick? It was done in literally one minute which is a little suspect...

The owner is a Colombian, and he is a great guy who understands that a good business has not only a good kitchen but a good service.Our usual breakfasts are:Raisin & cinnamon 🥯 bagel with cream cheese and a lox and cream cheese bagel with veggies.The Colombian coffee on the counter is really good. They have fresh squeezed orange juice as well us the Topicana bottle juice. Your choice.

Great smoothies! I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese and it wasn’t toasted and it didn’t have cream cheese. I got it to go so It was too late to have them fix it. Owner is super sweet but staff seemed less than thrilled to be working.

Ate here for a quick breakfast before a freshman orientation at Penn State. The bagels were good and the young lady at the counter who waited on us was very sweet. It was a beautiful morning and we ate at a table outside. It was a simple meal, but it was greatly enjoyed. My son has said he definitely will be going back when school starts.

The bagels are delicious, and there are lots of options for breakfast sandwiches. The outside seating is great on a sunny day. I advise against the omelettes as they look to be made on the flat grill. On a Sunday morning, we only had to wait 5 minutes for breakfast, and the coffee is quite good. To get more stars, the wait staff should be more customer friendly and more green utensils and containers should be used.

First visit today for lunch. I got a bagel with lox and my friend got a turkey club, both of us were very pleased. Bagel was fresh as well as the lox and very generous portions. We also ordered regular coffee, which was fresh and had a good flavor. The interior is well designed and there is password protected free internet. Will be back often!

**Beware of deceptive practices and unwillingness to make things right**Purchased 3 bagels today and asked for some butter on the side. When I went to pick them up, they took my card and didnt give me a total price or a receipt. Checked my bank account when I got home and they charged me $9.54. Bagels are $1.20 each. They charged me $6.00 for tiny cups of butter!! When I called I was given the runaround about it being a sandwich?, they have to pay rent and bills, etc. I asked to speak with the owner and was told they dont come in and someone else has been waiting over 2 weeks to talk to them. The employees are unable to do refunds and the only option is to talk to the owner, who will probably never call me back. Totally deceptive practices going on here. Stay away.

What a great bagel! I have gotten bagels here a number of times, and they are always fantastic. Really chewy on the outside, but still light inside. My sons beg me to get bagels from here Saturday mornings.

So I went in to get a bagel sandwich this morning before graduation. 40 minutes later I left with my egg and sausage bagel. The end product was delicious, but they seriously have to work on their order processing. Put an extra quarter in the meter and bring something good to read.

Top notch place for a quick breakfast in state college. They have a wide variety of bagel sandwiches, omlettes, and lunch items.

Ordered a grilled cheese with tomato and they gave me one with bacon. No biggie, but when I asked for a new one, Im pretty sure they just scraped the bacon off the original. Then, halfway through my meal, they decided to turn off the lights and close up the store. I had to rush through my $7 bagel, and when I finally left, the door was locked. I had to turn the key myself to get out and nobody apologized for the awkward situation. Great food, but seriously lacking customer service.

The guys there are always rude to anyone under at least 30, and also two times in a row I have ordered from here and not gotten what I ordered, but they also didnt make logical changes like if I want a rainbow bagel and they dont have that I dont want an everything bagel. I want just a plain bagel.

Bad experience. Waited over an hour for two bagel sandwiches since according to the owner, my order was stolen. Then they forgot my coffee. The owner was rude and angrily gave me a random coffee order (which wasn’t what I ordered) which essentially told me to “shut up and get out”. Rude and unprofessional.

Im typically happy with the results, but this morning this young kid completely wronged my order. I asked him to toast it twice - it was not. He offered me a bag so I said, please. He did not give me bag. So I get to work with an already cold and chewy bagel to find that he put the wrong cream cheese on it. I rate it 4 stars because the food is good. Just mind the young kid.

Great breakfast and lunch food. You get a TON of food for the price. The Calder Way location is a favorite student spot...can get busy. Credit cards accepted. Opening a 2nd location on Westerly Parkway soon!

This place was okay. I ate in the restaurant and the bagel came out cold. I got the bagel with lox and they put wayyyy too much cream cheese. Like an inch thick of cream cheese and trust me I love lots of cream cheese but this was meh. The capers (are extra which is stupid because it is a lox bagel...) had a weird cardboard taste and made the sandwich way too salty

Stood next to the counter waiting for my order, I was #55 and didnt say anything til they hit #80, when I said something they handed me my order and said I shouldve been listening. Theres no way they couldve called my number without me hearing it.

I get the egg and cheese on a bagel for takeout every now and then and its always great. Never had a problem here.
