Lion Country Kia did an excellent job with my vehicle purchase, I stopped by on a Sunday so I could look at the vehicles without having to talk to a sales person, I submitted an application for credit and picked out the car I wanted online on Sunday.Monday morning I heard from Justin who worked with me via email and text message all throughout the day to help me get everything I wanted setup and in process. I provided trade in information and received an offer by Justin later that day, credit app was processed and approved also via email and text message.I setup an appointment later in the day to test drive the vehicle, the finance person set all the paperwork up while I was waiting, we finalized the deal all in one day and mostly without having to interact in person. Loved the experience.

I needed new brakes on the front of my car and they saved one of the disks to show me whats happening. Did you know that if you dont drive your car enough the rust can get so bad on your brakes that youll need new ones? Neither did I. The pandemic has been great for not spending as much on gas and other commuting expenses, but needing new brakes might have tossed aside all those savings. The Kia service department is always friendly and they do good work.

The BEST sales and SERVICE in the State College area hands down. They care about their customers and do their best to resolve every issue to the customers satisfaction. Just bought my second car from them and it is the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had and when the car needs service they don’t price gouge.

We arrived almost an hour past our appointment. We hit a storm and then road construction that lead to a detour. Tyler was our salesman. He treated us with respect and stayed late after closing to help us as it was a 2+ hour drive for us to get there. Very professional but very laid back. It was a pleasure doing business there.

Great car buying experience. No hassle, they got me a hard to find K5 trim transferred from another dealership in less than 2 weeks. Other dealerships gave me the runaround trying to get the car I wanted, but Lion Country got it for me quick and easy. I did the financing on their website before coming and didnt spend more than half an hour there filling out paperwork when I went to pick up the car. No pressure to get the extended warranty or any other add-ons, I said I didnt want the warranty and that was that, never brought it up again.Id recommend Lion County to my friends and family, and Ill definitely look here first for my next car.

I visited LCK for the first time to have noise in the steering column checked out. The repair department crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained it was under warranty, ordered the parts, and made the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend for service and repair needs!

Had my KIA in for some brake service as I dropped the car off the night before and stopped by after work, just before the KIA service dept closed for the day. The service rep went over the details of the repairs performed, I then paid the bill, then after a brief chat with the service guys, headed out for home. I got just a few miles up the road when I started feeling a vibration coming from the rear wheel where the repair service had been performed.I decided to turn the car around and head back, knowing it was now after 5pm and the service dept would be closed. Got there, walked into the sales area and was greeted by a sales rep who promptly listened to my problem. He then quickly made a phone call and the service rep responded and was there in minutes, reviewed my problem with me, then knowing it was after hours set me up with a loaner car to safely get home with till they could look at my car the following morning.I can tell you this is the BEST service by far I have received from any car dealership!Kudos to the sales rep and Tom in service for taking the time after hours! I have been dealing with their service department for over 7 years and have been reliable and their staff will treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy.Lion Country KIA has the best service and staff!

Not only are they friendly and professional, but they know their “stuff.” They are open and honest about what they’ve found wrong with your vehicle, but also work with you and prioritize what must be repaired vs what can wait, if you are financially strapped. I’ve taken my Kia Sorrento to them for over 3.5 years now, and never been disappointed. Give them all raises or a bonus if nothing else!!

Highly recommend Lion Country Kia. I live in Maryland and had a 2 and a half hour drive to see a used Mustang they had for sale. Joe Belanger was the online sales rep and he was great! He was very honest about the car and any of the dings, etc. that it had. I really appreciated the honesty and that allowed me to make my decisions before making the drive. He was very honest and we worked out a deal over the phone and I made a credit card deposit to hold the car for a few days so I could make arrangements to drive out and buy it. If I got there and decided not to buy, they would have given me my deposit back. The car was exactly as described so I was happy and bought the car. You see, the car was exactly as described with all the flaws he said. If he would have lied and I got there and saw a dent, etc. I would have been pissed and never bought the car. This dealership has good honest people. I will definitely contact them when purchasing my next car. Ted Woodring, financing, was great too. Very enjoyable purchase. I had previously driven to another dealer 2 weeks prior and the Mustang they had for sale had scratches but they said it was cherry and purposely hid them from the pics. Because of that, that dealership didnt get my money and Lion Country Kia did. Thanks guys!! Great dealership!

Typically a dealership service department isn’t what I’d consider a great time. The guys at Lion Country Kia always seem like they enjoy their job and interact with the customers very well. I normally leave laughing because of their teasing of each other. It’s more fun when they encourage the customers in interact! Jesse, Tom and I forget the other gentleman’s name are a hoot to deal with. Any guy (Tom) who can jump from a plane, get seriously hurt and back to work with a super positive attitude is amazing! The joking around is great but they are very professional as well. They make the customers feel comfortable and relaxed as they wait for their vehicle.
