I was returning my battery core/buying a new one and new terminal cables.I was greeted/assisted with such politeness and professionalism I have experienced in awhile. She helped me with my lack of knowledge in mechanics by finding everything I needed for my 2002 Ford Explorer.I appreciated the kindness with helping me with my purchases to my car as well. Being in customer service for 20+ years, that was truly what you call.. 5 star ⭐ customer service.

Very helpful. Ordered wires for my cars tune-up. And bought a sleeve for the exhaust to fix a hole. Will be nice to drive a quiet car. They also did a engine check to see if I need more work. But what I got should fix the problems.

The manager at Autozone was incredibly friendly and helped me order the part I needed for the next morning. She even helped me arrange a ride back tomy hotel and called me the next morning when my part was available. This location has above and beyond service, if you need car parts in Sterling this is the place to go.

I needed a can of starter fluid delivered so I could start my bus, but OReillys couldnt be bothered, but when I called AutoZone it was no problem. Im not giving oreillys another penny of my business, and you shouldnt either.

When I asked for an auto tool that all Mechanics are familiar with, I was told by them that it didnt exist... The tool you may ask a Nut Splitter..

Great initiative! Great community support!! My battery died and the manager gave me a boost to help me get started and back on my way. More businesss should follow their lead and be more supportive. Because it sucks when you have car problems and barely anyone wants to help.

Another good experience. My truck had to be jumped two days in a row. They ran a test snd discovered the battery was bad. They showed me what they had in stock and what was required for my specific veichle.

One stop shop for my vehicles. Jose has amazing customer service skills. He has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions. They carry alot of various products like tools, wiper blades, different types of fluids, light bulbs, batteries, vehicle accessories like car mats, lighting, decals, seat and wheel covers not to mention filters and parts.

These guys want you to do their job for them and then they still cant get the right parts even if they do got a smart guy in there just go somewhere else

Great place, was passing through 76E on my way from the Baja to Chicago and had an issue with my truck. Called them ahead they said come on in and when I got there they tested the battery, alternator and voltage regulator. We couldnt figure it out at first but a guy named Danny working figured it out and had me with the part number and on my way again. Sometimes places like this dont have people that are helpful or knowledgeable, this place did!

We cant even put into words how lucky and grateful we are for Angelica from autozone. Our truck had broke down a few towns over on a Sunday so nothing was open and we called this autozone because we had no idea what else to do. Angelica was absolutely heaven-sent and did everything she could to help us get back on the road. We would still be trapped in that parking lot if it was not for her help! We just want to say thank you for the incredible above-and-beyond customer service and for helping us get home safely!

I love this place! I dont know where to begin! We had a starter go out, we made 4 trips to the other guys and kept recieving the wrong part. Finally ended up at Autozone. Long story short, te Manager made a speedy trip 100mi, to make sure the correct part was available at opening the next day! He went above and beyond.
