I love these guys. I can learn how to do anything else for my car but electric. I leave that to the pros. They wont fry my car. These people are always polite and quick with a joke or two. They are incredibly knowledgeable and get the job done in a timely manner. I have never paid more than I thought i6 should. They are fair. They speak to me about my car like I am an intelligent human not a dummy girl. In my book that is big respect.

The owner, Brad is dishonest, and failed to perform and complete work that he was paid for. In fact, I called and asked Cathy and Brad both for copies of receipts showing I had paid him cash and also credit, and they refused to provide any copies. Further, they hung up on the phone and cursed at me. This is very unprofessional and I will never come back. My attorney will be filing suit against them.

Got roof lights installed on my 2018 GMC Sierra. Turned out very nice and very reasonably priced.

I was referred here by a family member. I had the worst experience ever! They misrepresent the hourly fee and charge $95 an hour when the door has a sign with a faded amount of $65 an hour. I was overcharged for everything Brad did. Two days after leaving his shop my transmission went out. They didnt finish the job on time and wired the trailer lights on backwards, made me wait another 3 hours!I spent over $2,000 to only have a broken vehicle and a broken trailer they did not fix after keeping it for 3 days saying they cannot fix the axle. If you want to get overcharged and taken advantage of come here! Highly NOT recommended!

Took my 2013 Volkswagen CC Lux in here for a check engine light issue. Took it to AutoZone to get it diagnosed first then to B&R Electric. He charged me $376 took the car home next day started it up with the check engine light to come back on. I took it in again he said not to worry we will fix the issue. He then called me and told me I had two options. Option 1 on a fluid through it and that might clear the issue for $150. Option 2 take off the intake and clean the carbon buildup by hand. I went home and thought, while thinking I went on YouTube. The hundred $150 cleaner he was talking about was $18 and I can buy it any dealership. So I went out and got a bottle put it in my car let it run through my system and the engine light came off. Heres my problem with this place. A good mechanic would have told me dont worry theres a solution I can run through it and not charge me $150 after already given him $376. A good mechanic would have just said let me run the cleaner through it I can see an upcharge but my gosh after already giving you $376 you want to charge me $150 for a can that cost you 18 bucks probably cheaper since you are a shop. Im beside myself. Beware all Volkswagen / Audi and other autos Most newer cars are direct injection and need a fuel cleaner ran through them to get rid of the carbon buildup. So your check engine light will come on and it will come up as a misfire. Its an easy fix save yourself $376 and probably more go to your dealership and get a can of the recommended product they recommend for your vehicle. A mechanic is someone you should trust . I thought I could trust you Brad.

Had a good experience. Auto had sporadi c issues, hard to diagnose but found and fixed.

Everything was excellent. They told you about any extra problems before they fixed it, so no hidden costs.

Charged me 2 hours of labor for the time it took him to diagnose the problem when the repair itself would have only taken a half an hour to complete. Also told me he took my car to a car wash to try to replicate the scenario that I described (which caused my turn signals to go out) and my car was still covered with dust, he charged me for the car wash. Was very sideways and sarcastic when I talked to him in person. I wont be revisiting this place for my next electrical concern.
