I called Toyota Roadside assistance and Hilltop Garage and Towing took the contract. They said they would be 77 minutes, but 3 hours later the truck had not shown up. Toyota reached out and the towing company said they would be another 30 minutes. After 4 hours I canceled and went a different route.

My husband and I were traveling to Parker and we overestimated how much gas we had in our tank. Dispatch shared Garrett’s phone number with us. He answered right away and was at our vehicle in minutes with gas. We were able to safely make it to Sterling and protect our daughter from the cold. We highly recommend this service. What a wonderful gentleman.

I just got a new car and was at the car wash drying it and hit the lock button on the outside of the door on accident. The dealership hasn’t given me the door code yet so My keys and phone were all locked inside. It’s my lucky day since these guys were behind me washing their vehicle and happened to have a lock out kit on them when i asked to borrow a cell phone. They were so quick and so absolutely the kindest. Will definitely call them for auto needs in the future!

We were recently struck by another car on the interstate in Sterling and our car was totaled. Garrett from Hilltop towed our car to the impound lot and we were counting our blessings at the Holiday Inn Express without any luggage. We had no vehicle and there is not a cab service or Lyft in Sterling. Garrett took the time to pick us up and take us to get luggage out of our wrecked car for staying overnight. He also took the time to show us where the accident was to help us understand how truly lucky we were to survive.But Hilltops service did not stop there. We were 775 miles from home without a car and the closest car rental was 85 miles away in the opposite direction. Cindyl from Hilltop took the afternoon off from work to drive us to Greeley in order to pick up a car rental. The next morning we went back to their shop to clean out our car and head home. All four tires of our rental car were low on air. So, being the wonderful people they are, Cindyl told us to pull our rental car into their shop and they filled all four tires before they sent us on our way.We cannot say enough about how kind and professional the staff of Hilltop Garage was to us in a very frightening time. They are a tribute to their community and they are our personal heroes.

I knew Garret through previous experiences, took my vehicle there to get diagnosed for the first time. Super friendly and trustworthy. Called in that morning and they took the time to look at my vehicle that afternoon and provided me with an accurate quote to repair. Explained what happened and why. They have my respect and I will be a repeat customer.

This shop was amazing and very easy to work with! They got me off the interstate and fixed within 3 hours so I could get home from college! They even went over the top to work after hours. I highly recommend them for anyone near Sterling.

My radiator blew on I76 near Atwood while on a trip to Denver with my girlfriend. I called Hillside not expecting much, but they promptly towed my vehicle to the shop, ordered a radiator (which had to be delivered from Denver) and got me back on the road. The whole crew at Hilltop was great to work with and truly showed us small town hospitality. They even arranged us a free ride into town while we waited to eat lunch.I can’t speak highly enough of Hilltop Garage!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here yesterday morning. I was traveling from Colorado to Minnesota, when on I-76, my throttle control pretty much went out. I was literally left in the middle of nowhere and could only get the car to go 30mph. I quickly pulled up Google and found Rocks Hilltop Garage. I was a bit skeptical however, I didnt have much for other options. There was no way I was bringing it to a Ford Dealership. Upon entering the shop I was greeted by Cindy with a kind and attentive personality. After hearing my situation, Rick promptly brought my car in and pulled the engine codes. He confirmed my worst case scenario, I needed a new throttle body and there wasnt one available anywhere in Sterling. Lucky for me, Hilltop Garage also has a salvage yard. He quickly pulled a throttle body from an older Dodge Caliber which was a match for mine. From the time I got there, it was just under 2 hours until I was back on the road. After installing the part and giving it a test drive, Rick also showed me my faulty part and exactly what was causing the issue. I wish more shops like this existed. Rick and his team have no idea how greatful I am and have earned a customer for life. They are worth your time and have very reasonable shop rates.

Rick was awesome and so was the phone rep. I blew a tire in Atwood Colorado I was in the middle of nowhere they responded within 10 minutes. Got me to Walmart where I could get my tire fixed completely reasonable fee and they are very educated on their job I would recommend them

Best mechanics and service Ive ever had in my life!! Rick the owner was extremely professional, honest, and had some hilarious jokes too, which actually kinda helps when you and your car is in duress. While they need to make a living and keep the lights on, u could just tell he wasnt out for the money, and truly wanted to help me out. Jason the lead mechanic literally stopped his other project to help Rick out on the job and get me out and back on the road asap. They didnt mention it, but I know they worked thru their lunch break, just out of the goodness of their hearts. Also, They service all the police cars, etc in the area and that alone speaks volumes. If cops trust them, well, so do I and I certainly was not disappointed in the least. From tire blowouts to towing to battery and alternator issues I had it all and they fixed it all no problem. Lastly, Cindy was so great. She helped a ton at organizing and delegating my problems and it was so awesome that she thought outside the box and was able to help me as a person instead just treating me like another number. Super refreshing to know customer service is not dead, because it is alive and well at the hilltop garage. Thank you again Rick, Cindy, and Jason. You were all god sends in your own right. I may have moved to Denver or fort Collins but Im still going to bring my vehicle here for as long as I live in Colorado. Super fair pricing, Im positive they beat any quote around. Took it in to have u joint chanhedand thermostat needed checked. I get a call saying its tie rods and I needed a new thernostat. 400.00. I get a call back saying well, it is the u- joint so another 300.00. I get it back (finally) and my car still overheats!!! I need it fixed but I cant afford to give my car up another 4 days as I work out of town. And I definitely cant afford to pay them again to get it right

My experience from this shop doesnt even deserve one star but thats my lowest option. I recently contacted this garage about doing a prepurchase inspection on a vehicle that I was about to buy . They told me there was $800 worth of damage, which the dealership said they would fix, well after purchasing the vehicle I took it to my preferred shop to do an inspection of the vehicle as well . Well lets just say they missed like $4,200 worth of mechanical work. The secretary there told us the brakes were fine, that was a lie. The whole rear suspension wasnt functional and they didnt catch that. They didnt check spark plugs or any of the fluids . Which are things done in a prepurchase inspection. Needless to say I am less than pleased with the horrible service I received from this shop, that has ended up costing me $5,000 !!! Do yourself a favor and find a shop who actually knows what they are doing!!!!
