Good price on new tires! Great, professional service. These guys got our old tires off and new tires on with no issue. It only took about 45 minutes. Previously we had taken our car to Midas to get our tires rotated and they stated they couldnt rotate our tires because our lug nuts were swollen and they couldnt get them removed...then they charged us $50 for labor anyway. Snyder Tire truly is #1!!!!

I always get my tires Snyder. I made an appointment for 1:15. (Today is the slowest I have ever seen this business.) I arrived early. ( 1:00) It was 1:35 before my car was taken inside for the alignment. I understand that I am not the only customer. But, I also have other appointments today. It would be nice to be informed that these hard working men are running a little late.

Got 4 new tires Snyder brand 2 weeks ago, 1 blows to rim, then 2 more. I called and because I didn’t buy a warranty there is nothing they will do. It took 3 hours for 5 tire mounts. When I left I only had 3 lug nuts out of 4, the man changing my donut messed the thread up on my stud and instead of rethreading it he told me I needed a new stud but an older gentlemen that works there fixed it when I came back to question why I only had 3 lug nuts. Please beware every tire company holds accountability for defective tires. Your #1 Snyder does not unless you buy the warranty too I guess. And for some reason the only reply’s I see on reviews, are from the company defending instead of taking into consideration maybe they’re customers are valid in some way. I have never went to this shop and left with just getting what I needed for my car, I don’t care if it’s just new lug nuts you’ll end up paying for something extra majority of the time. Brought a use car in November that had 4 good tires on it and got 2 new snow tires for you the next day. I was back Saturday to have the snow tires removed and the summer tires that came with the car remounted. I was charged $42+. The girl at the counter said cause I didnt get the summer tires from you that there was a change. What am I suppose to do buy new summer tires even though I just bought a used car with good tires?

I was wanting to get tires mounted recently and I was asked if they were new or used tires which I dont understand why they want to know that. I said new then I was asked if I bought the tires from snyders which I did not. The clerk told me that will not mount them because I didnt buy them off of snyders. I asked why and of course they wouldnt answer my question. I will never deal them on account of their stupid policy.

Ive taken my car(s) here for over 2 years, never had a problem till today. Had major work due today, drive in 1130, told my appt. was for 8AM.I work night shift, I come home around 5-630 AM.I was told any time after 2!And even if, for some reason it WAS 8 am, what, no one can pick up a phone & call me?I didnt appreciate the young girl laughing at me about it either, it was supposed to be fixed LAST WEEK.Never again. Very disappointed.

Never had a problem here until today ! Got 2 new tires, with an alignment. My brake line was cut by these guys, and tried to cover it up, & say it was rusted it. My bf works on our cars all the time. The car was in good condition. & then, wouldn’t do anything about it but tell me it will cost $110 to fix a break line when you can fix a break line for $20 ??? Screw this place . & for the poor management as well ! You WONT get my business EVER again !!!! & I WILL make sure I tell others not to go here !

Always been a loyal customer, bought sets of new tires. I had a single trailer tire and a new replacement tire I got from an auction. They refused to mount because I didnt buy it from them, very disappointed. Note: last set of truck tires, I had valve stem caps missing and one tire was at 20 psi instead of 32, I didnt complain because things happen, they should reconsider situations for loyal customer.

Great deals! Fast service! Had an issue with my jeep they helped me figure it out and get it going down the road in perfect condition!

Friendly, bought 5 tires here. Had 3 mounted, they found 2 cracks in right front rim. Got new rim, had 4th tire mounted there the following week. Also bought new tire to replace spare, as it was dry rotted. About 2 weeks later, turned corner into alley behind house and heard banging and clanking coming from right front rim. Found 2 of 8 lug bolts snapped off and 4 more backed out several flats to several threads. The last 2 were barely more than finger tight. Took wheel off and inspected rim, lugs, and bolts. Took video of initial findings to Snyder. They told me lugs were probably stressed, and caused the lug nuts to back off by themselves. Said they werent responsible at all. Said they torqued them to 150 ft. Lbs.I So i bought new lugs, lug bolts. Replaced and tested old bolts. 2 were snapped during slow speed turn. Others were not stretched or stressed. New rim has wear around lug holes and a few thousands around center hub. I checked torque of other 3 wheels. All were torqued to 150 ft. Lbs. From now on i will check them as i get home from any service that requires wheel removal.

Walked in at the last minute...brakes were making a horrible noise. They were absolutely wonderful. The mechanic even stayed late to fix the problem. They were extremely helpful and courteous the entire time. Highly recommended.

All I can say is amazing. Received a call from the owner of the company and he was very nice and reimbursed me for the tire I had for the road hazard replacement after I was charged $60 for replacing the tire that had the road hazard replacement. Also made an appointment immediately after speaking with him for a front end alignment. I wasnt expecting any response from them but I am very happy they take pride in their customers being satisfied with their work. I would recommend to anyone!!!!

Very long wait. We were supposed to be up next and 3 hours later, we hadnt left yet. Our truck was on the rack with 1 tire left to go for several hours. No one would tell us what the Problem was! Prices were right, but we have better was to spend our day!!

Wife went for tires after another shop tried a bait and switch. Price was decent. Service time was reasonable especially for a Friday. Said lower right control arm was bad so they couldnt do the alignment. No part available so had to wait. Took the vehicle on an out of town trip the next day. On the return trip Sunday (2 days after servicing) started hearing on odd bump from the passenger rear. Stopped to take a look and found that one lug nut had completely fallen off. 2 others were noticeably loose. Seems as if Snyder has an issue with technicians not finishing the job. This put my family in jeopardy. Might be back but sure wont trust their work.

The best price I have ever paid for 4 tires, installed with road hazard on all of them. Several HUNDRED dollars less than anywhere else. They are running a special where they will also perform free alignment with 4 tire purchase which is a phenomenal deal. My tires needed to be special ordered cause they are a weird size and they got them the next day. I will definitely be using them for all my tire needs.

Having great experience before on one of our other cars. I called to get winter tires. I was told they were in stock. I asked to make an appointment was told no appointment need just stop by. So the next morning I went there and was told they sold out and I would have to wait till next day. Really messed up my plans as I was heading out of town and had scheduled everything on the fact I was told they were in stock and no need to make an appointment. Went to a near by shop and got new winter tire on the spot. We will never return and I will tell everyone I see not to go there. Went on there word and it almost cost me nonrefundable deposit on hotel and the entertainment, for our anniversary party and trip

Their prices beat everyone else around and the staff was friendly. There is a small waiting room where they offer coffee and donuts; which is awesome. However, my low tire light stayed on after getting 2 new tires. Upon checking the air, I found that one new tire had more air then it should and the other had way less than it should. The other two were also not where they should be. I thought they would have checked the air in the tires for equivalency. Anyways, I altered the air but I did have to bring my car back a week later because one new tire wasnt holding air. They said that some pressure thing was not right and should have been caught when the tire was put on. They fixed it for free. Nevertheless, I was overall pleased.

Went to Tire USA in Fallonsbee WV, to get two used tires. Upon leaving Tire USA our tire was flat. After they inflated the tire the car started vibrating violently. Then what do you know? Our back tire blows out on East 22 in Ohio! We requested to have have our tires rotated with the new tires on the front of our vehicle. But they didnt instead they put us in a very unsafe situation! And never changing the tire we requested in the first place. Thanks to Snyder Tire & Auto for your great service and support. You guys have earned my business for a lifetime. Please put the other guys out of business. Great place to buy tires and very good counter staff

Good discounts but you have to tell them exactly everything in detail you want dont. Like where they put new tires on the car you have to tell them to make sure to check the rims to see if they need cleaned. I didnt and when I got up the next morning to eat out of town I had a flat tire. I live a half hour away so I took it to a local garage and had to pay for them to remove the tire and clean the rim. I have had other issues similar to this.I wont be going back. Enough is enough. They need to train their employees better.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I don’t know who the mechanics were that worked on our car but they had no clue what they were doing. I had to take my car back three times. We took the car in to have the wheel hub fixed only had it a few days and it went bad again. Took it back to be fixed and when we picked the car up the second time it started making a different noise. Yes we finally got it fixed properly after wasting my whole day off. The employees weren’t friendly and were unapologetic until I posted a review.

I had been doing business with Snyders for many years, I had a bad Tire Pressure Monitor go bad, the technician informed me that he didnt have the tool to tell me which tire had the bad sensor, and informed me to see another tire shop, which he mentioned Firestone tires.Later found the tire that had the bad sensor, but informed me that the last person whom removed my tires, Cross Threaded the lug nut but still used the gun to tighten the lug nut anyway. They sent me back to Snyders with the rod and nut to show. I had to purchase a new set from Firestone. Doug was very rude and would do nothing to make it right, because of the technicians actions. Called me a liar even though I had all my proof in hand,And hes so called a PREACHER man?Dont preach to me Doug Snyder, because you need lots of prayer. Youre a RIP Off.Practice what you preach. Because what goes around, comes around!Will Never go back, and will let everyone I know by mouth, he is a Snake!
