Not bad service, but did not complete the job correctly.!!

Finally, found another salesperson at a dealership with a NO PUSHY, fantastic salesman! He isnt pushy like so many others. You want to deal with someone, go to Michael Wyat! We just bought a Toyota 4runner without being shoved into something we didnt want or need. This is our first Toyota and WE made the decision, NOT the salesman. I absolutely love that. Nobody likes a pushy salesperson! Michael is great to talk to, is very informative, loves his job & gets you in and out in a few hours. Its a ton of paperwork but well worth it. We had no intentions of buying the day we drove past and just wanted to look. They let us take a brand new vehicle for a spin that didnt have the keys out of the bag yet, wasnt even put into their system and still had plastic on the seats. The vehicle had 1 mile on it. I would definitely go back to him to buy another vehicle! So much for just looking! Lol.

Absolutely horrible customer service they DO NOT care about their customers. I have been trying to get in contact with them for almost 3 weeks now even Toyota Headquarters called them and emailed them 4xs and left messages and they dont even call headquarters back. My rims were damaged during my first 5000 mile service not bad and I know accidents happen but they didnt even have the decency to contact me back. Stay away from Team Toyota if you care at all about customer service!
