These folks saved my life!My not so bright but SUUUUPER HANDSOME (and loving) BOYFRIEND, attempted to assist my boss by giving his car a jump! Well, long story short: he mixed up the positive and negative connections & my boss car wouldnt start. No sign of life whatsoever!! My boss had no choice but to leave his car overnight!After an evening of STRESS & a whole lot of internet searching I figured out how to fix the problem! It was a BLOWN BATTERY FUSE! Autozone didnt carry it even though they claimed to online!! Tsssst!!But to my pleasant suprise: NAPA carried the 80Amp FUSE for just $4.95!!!Got to work the next morning before my boss & once he arrived, I told him to try to start his car & whaa-la! Vroooom-vroooom!! Thanks NAPA!! Thanks to you guys, TOGETHER- we handled it like a boss!! ...for MY BOSS!!! 😉...................... 🚙 💨 💨 💨

Adrian made sure I got directed to Pep Boys for the right snow chains for my 2018 Toyota Corolla SE, which have wide tires. And, thanks to Adrian, I was able to contact Justin Phillips for the right sized snow chains at Pep Boys.

Great people and pricing, And project I worked on a gas tank and OReilly charged 14.99 and the same product cost 9.79 at Napa. I needed a gasket and could not wait so I asked for the gel, OReillys person gave me one that I could not use. When I informed him his answer was oh. Napa guy ask for what application and direct me straight to the correct problem.

Our car stalled and the battery was dead. We were stranded downtown Stockton on Stanislaus just off the freeway. We walked to the Napa store and purchased a battery. We were not able to carry the battery back to our car-too heavy. The store manager picked up some tools and gave us a ride back to our car and installed the battery and we were back on our way!!
