So far the employees are excellent and professionally friendly with smiles. They also allow you to shop around with out the tailgating. They welcome all questions pertaining to the product, prices, availability to install, free estimates and theyre ready to do the job when youre ready, and they remember you.

I have used these guys to carpet my rental properties for over 15 years. I have never been let down by the quality of service OR carpet I have received. When on one job, the installer missed carpeting the inside of a closet,they sent a crew over 45 miles the next day to take care of me.Thats great service !

In Feb 2018 we decided to have our newly purchased home carpeted and hardwood installed. We also have a home we are selling and need new carpeting about $7000 worth of materials and $4000 worth of install labor. Sergio the manager of the store was able to get the carpet ordered for about $2100. Didn’t have the hardwood color we wanted.He mentioned his brother Mario does all the installing for the company. It took a few weeks to get the carpet. We found our flooring and Mario was happy to bid on installing for $3200. The floor hasn’t lasted 90 days without buckling and lifting across the ENTIRE living room floor. The quality of work is poor. I have called and left a DOZEN messages and text messages. I was told his work was THE BEST by Sergio.What a scam this company has going on. The Brother sells the materials and then his brother does the work. I will be reporting Mario Morales to the better business bureau. The contractor board (I’m anxious to see if he has a license to install), and will be filing a suit for repairs. It seems like they would want to fix their lousy job and make it right.My husband works for the newspaper. He’s a stocktonian that many people know in this town. Having bad publicity seems like a stupid way to do business. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. If you do - you have been warned!!!
