Had a great experience with flooring expert Victor. He gave us the advice and recommendations we needed for our new updated flooring. The installer, Oscar, was contacted by Victor, and they set up an appointment that worked with our schedule. Oscar and his installer knocked out the job in one day, baseboards, and all. We would highly recommend Flooring Liquidators for your flooring needs, and if Victor isn’t there, then I also recommend speaking with Louie who also assisted me a few weeks later to purchase another couple of boxes of the same flooring at a great price.

The store has many kinds of carpets, vinyl flooring, kitchen table in different colors and price. Luis helps us with explaining about what we should look to find a good carpet and vinyl. He gave us an estimate price and recommend someone to come the same day to measure our floor and we got a good deal from the contractor guy. Then we went back to the store with the measurement and decide which one we want to use and Louis gave an extra discount from the material. We saved a lot from the first estimate that we got from a different flooring store. Good and fast service.

Me and my husband needed a outdoor patio rug and looked all over and decided to just check out this flooring store. Im glad we did! The staff are very friendly and acknowledged us as we walked in the door which is always nice! Its a very big store and we were able to let them know what we needed and they recommended us a nice rug for outdoors. The Manager Joe was very helpful he let us know how to care for carpet, and the time frame of when we were expected to receive our order and called us when it came in! We will always shop here for our flooring needs.

My wife and I were looking to install some waterproof flooring. We looked at a few different places and couldnt believe how much better the prices were here. We worked with Joe and he answered all of my technical questions, I was told to look for. He took time to explain the process and made it a super easy experience.

Always has a great inventory of flooring. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their new location on Hammer Lane across from the Home Depot is largest than their previous location on West Lane and Bourbon Street. They use a battalion of installers that we have had great luck with.The surprise there is the quality counter tops. All different colors and patterns. The quartz marble is one of my favorite.Dont fool around with the big box stores.. Go directly to Flooring Liquidators for the best selection and terms in town. You wont regret it.

It took 3 weeks to put carpet in.They ordered it from Georgia wow dont we have carpet in california.

I found some laminate flooring from Home Depot and brought in a piece to this store and asked them for help in finding something similar for a cheaper price. These guys ended up finding me something that was a higher quality, something even nice than the stuff from Home Depot, and they ended up giving me a discount so it was a dollar cheaper per square foot. I believe they also have financing options, which I didn’t end up using personally, but it’s awesome they have that option. If you are looking for some high quality floor for cheaper than you’ll find at a lot of other places, plus great service, do not hesitate to go here.

The manager Joe Rivera was extremely rude and condescending. His personna and attitude almost made me leave without going through with the purchase but I eventually was approached by Chris where he made me feel welcomed. Chris was extremely patient and answered all of my questions in friendly manner. He turned an otherwise terrible experience into good one. Personally I never leave reviews but my experience with Joe was so bad I had to let future customers and hopefully upper level management know of this employees lack of customer relations.

The customer service in the store was GREAT both times I came in, but I have to go with a 3 star since they never showed up for measurements nor returned any of my calls even after leaving a voice mail. I would go with 2 stars, but they guys had great hospitality so that’s the only reason I’m being generous. Shame we never were able to move forward with them.

I went there to look at flooring and I was looking for another place and stumbled upon these guys. It was a fairly large showroom with lots of sample flooring including vinyl, rugs and tile. Prices seemed to be very reasonable. There was relatively no one but myself inside the showroom looking at the numerous possibilities that my bathroom floor could end up with.

Luis is the best. Great customer service and great prices. I will do all my business with them.

If you want to get in touch with this store, I recommend you visit in person. You wont get through by phone. Kevin helped me with my estimate and purchase. He went above and beyond to accommodate my scheduled for the estimate, and then provided me with a super reasonable price.

A great place to purchase material for your home or business upgrades! Mr. Victor Arroyo provided a pleasant shopping experience and answered all our questions. The tile we liked, Grand Teton Ash Hollow 8x36, was not available but Victor informed us more had been ordered, he provided me info and updates until it was delivered and ready for pick up. My project required more material than anticipated and Victor made sure it was ready and packaged on my next visit. Bottom line, Victor is what makes that place a Five Star Shopping Experience. I purchased laminate, carpet, granite counters, floor tile, and backsplash tile all within a few weeks for a renovation. Jack and Victor were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will continue to purchase all my materials there in the future.

Just went in to purchase floor base boards. I asked for a simple design with the square edge. They told me they did not have it and handed me a book and said this is all they order from. I asked where I would find it in the book and he did not respond. Instead they started helping other guests in front of me. Of course I felt like I was not a valued customer so i decided to take my money elsewhere. Sometimes cheaper is not better. Try stepping up your customer service!

Worst customer service ever. They gave me multiple days that my carpet would be in, lied to me about what days it was coming in and giving me different excuses, but I was getting the true story from the carpet installer. When I called to ask questions, they just ignored my call or immediately put me on hold. Then Victor started yelling at me and told me I wasnt getting my carpet and hung up the phone. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
