I just wanted to say that Emma was amazing! I have not been to the store in years and she literally showed me around the whole store and explained the merchandise for me. She is sweet and was a great communicator. Hot Topic was completely different than what I was used to before but Emma was very patient with me and helped me find super cute items. I highly recommend that when you decide to shop here ask for Emma!

Always surprise you with some kind of deal . And hot cash is very handy if you like to buy stuff often. Right now is buy one clearance get one free. They dont have a variety of summer clothes clothes are definitely better around winter/autumn i noticed alooot more variety of clothes than spring outfits.

Shopping at this location was super INCONVENIENT. You shop in a crowded store & were most dont buy anything. I want to check out & had to walk outside to the middle of the mall & check out.you also have to find a escorted to walk with you. If they cant trust there customers, why keep the store open & make to smaller? Odd,it should honestly shut down ...

I feel this place is prejudice against fluffy people. They never have my size, even on new designs. Everytime Ive ever asked about my size Im told try on-line thats usually where we sell larger sizes so basically us fluffy people wont ever find stuff we can take home the same day from the store.

A bit of a wait since they only allow 8 people inside at a time but its all good for trying to keep people social distanced and safer. Very clean store with hand sanitizing required before entering and great friendly staff. If youre picking up online orders, they have them at the door so you dont have to wait to go inside.

If you like anime/Gothic culture then this is the place for you

So friendly! So very helpful! My aon and i went in here the other day. The girls working were kind enough to help me find a shirt id been wanting for awhile. Informed me it was buy 2 get 1 free so my son got some new shirts as well. Couldnt have had a better expierence. Absolutly recommend this hot topic to anyone.

My first experience with Hot Topic, Stockton CA, was a great one. I ordered shoes online and had them delivered to the store. They gave me a certain date as to when the shoes would be in and when I called the store on the date specified, the salesman who answered the phone was very helpful and got me the information I needed without delay. Will be shopping here again soon.

Other times Ive been here Ive been made uncomfortable by the way Im constantly being told the specials and followed around but today was different. They greeted me when I came in which is fine I dont mind and occasionally asked once if I was finding everything okay. Also at the register I was told of a promotion that would benefit me which made my experience really good. Definitely will look forward to going again.

Awesome store, wonderful eorkers! They really get my vibe and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I love the merch, they almost always have some sort of sale or promotion going on. Tons of body jewelry and clearance items. Get on their hot list!

How do I say this? Dont get me wrong, I like this store. I could spend a long time looking at everything in this store. The items are fun, some funny, some collectibles, and some I have no idea what they reference, but still I enjoy it. Sadly, if one has mobility issues or is a larger person it is a struggle to move about the store - the aisles are very narrow. And, again, if a larger sized person? Good luck finding a shirt in your size, even if you want to order it. They just dont carry them apparently except in a very limited number of shirts. Because of these issues I cannot give 5 stars.

I have never had a bad experience at this location until today. I took my daughter shopping and as usual a sales person came up to inform us of the sales going on, which is great. However, he proceeded to follow us around the store to tell us the sales going on for the things we were looking at instead of just telling us all of the sales at one time when we had initially came into the store. He also continually asked if we were finding everything okay, which generally is good to ask but after being followed around for about 10 to 15 minutes with the constant questioning etc., I was beginning to feel haggled and uncomfortable. But we proceeded to shop until we had gotten everything we wanted and I went to check out. I had gotten 3 tshirts for my daughter because they were on sale buy 2 get one free, unfortunately one of the shirts was missing the tag but I grabbed it anyways because it was the right size, she liked it, and I didnt think it would turn out to be such a hassle. I notified the person at the register that it was missing the tag and I believe he proceeded to go online in an attempt to find the price. I waited for about another 10 to 15 minutes with him looking for the price (I even went back over to were I had found the shirt to see if there was another one with a tag). I finally told him to just forget about it and bought everything else without the shirt. He did ask if i wanted to pick out another shirt which i declined because at that point i was disappointed in the entire experience and just wanted to leave. I understand how the concept of buy one get one works (you pay for the most expensive and get the cheaper one free). My frustration lies in the fact that instead of just giving me the shirt for free because I had bought the other 2 (plus over 100 dollars worth of other merchandise) he not only wasted my time waiting but i ended up leaving disappointed and concluded that i wouldnt waste my time going into the store from now on and if i find anything that i absolutely have to have i will just buy it online.

Love the store but the employees are becoming like car sales men. Will not leave you alone. (Not just me) it is really annoying. They want to tell you about the store deals and the whole if you need anything let me know. You take 3 more steps another one does the same thing. The clothes are great for the most part, and we love the Artic Fox hair dye (good selection on colors)

This store carries t-shirts of all kinds. Music to pop culture. Geared for the younger crowd or young at heart. The material of the shirts is thin and can shrink quite a bit. They have specials running all the time and a reward program. They also offer hoodies, dresses, costumes and vinyl figurines ECT. The jewelry is trendy with movie themed items however its not quality. Harry Potter, Riverdale, Marvel and many other themes. Great place to browse and find gifts for the youth of the nation.

Its not hot topic anymore. It use to be loud metal music and alot of goth and anime stuff. Its gone totally main stream...had ro resort to spencers!

Awesome novelty shop love their selection. I go broke or into debt when I do go so I try to only go when I have to. Follow them on Instagram for nightly updates of new and in stock items.
