They are always quick to help. My wedding ring was purchased here by my husband along with a warranty or insurance type plan so I have to come get it inspected every 6 months. I love this process because they clean it and check for loose or missing diamonds. Also have some earrings from here that I love, and they will clean anything you buy there anytime you stop in.

I worked with Nancy at Kays to find the perfect bracelet and matching necklace. I ended up with solid 14 karat gold Ferragamo pieces which were specially ordered for me. I wanted forever jewelry and something nice to wear during my stream while I was gaming (twitch: trealtalk211). Nancy educated me on material and was very patient even while the store has customers a lot. I will definitely be back for more jewelry!

The staff here is amazing, especially Olivia and Angel. Those 2 ladies treat you like you are the most important client they have. They always take their time with us, we never have felt rushed, nor pressure to buy.

Went in to have my new watch sized and they wanted to charge $15. when I said I would just buy the tool and do it, cause I could just get a tool for $5 and then have it for any other future adjustments. Anyways after I had other questions about my watch and wanted to see if they could check it to see if it was keeping accurate time or needed service the lady got rude and said we dont sell seiko here so we cannot as she walked away.

My boyfriend and I had great experience with Kay jewelers Angel was the girl helping us out we had visit this place 3 times in less than a month and is either for questions to size down my watch Etc. She takes her time she has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If you guys need to purchase any type of jewelry she’s the girl to go to Angel thank you for taking care of us and you will see us soon!!!

WORST Customer service I ever experianced. Apparently if your not dressed like you have the money or age appropriate, they will completely ignore you and not give you the light of day. I went YESTERDAY, Walked around the damn store for a 10-15 mins and STILL nobody asked if I needed help, even when I went to the counter. Little do they know I was wanting to purchase a ring and quite frankly I have the money. They lost my service and further service and Im warning everyone I know about how pathethic these people are. I went somewhere else, got lovely service and got the ring I wanted. I do NOT recommend This particular Kays.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from them. It was nice and of course I loved it ! When we took it in for an inspection on Dec 4th, they told us there was a chip on the diamond and that they had to send out to there home office. They gave us a promise date of jan 31 as to when we would have it back. On Jan 24th I decided to call and check if there were any updates since I had not heard from them. A lady answered and said oh they sent i out to another office on Jan 15th because our home office couldnt fix it and it wont be ready for another 3 months!! Well I am getting married and wont have my freakin ring now and they failed to call me and inform me of any of this !! so they had it for a month and nothing was done then fail to tell me that it would be another 3 months and do nothing but just say sorry the girl who did this probably didnt know. So upset that now with all the last min details I have to do for my wedding now I have to go and buy another ring to have at my wedding. wont be buying anything else from them I will def be going somewhere else !
