Horrible customer service. The lady that says I’ve been here for 7 years is annoying will never deal with her again. Always trying to get me to trade in my rings when I am due for a warranty check! That is irritating! 🤨 Never said I wanted to trade it in! I said it was a warranty check! Rather drive outside of town to a better store with better customer service.

Bought a ring last year interest on the purchase is more than the ring. Never again. Be careful ask questions know what you are getting into. Use Walmart pay the money straight out.

Terrible customer service! I left my rings for repair. I was in the area about a week later so I decided to check to see if it was in. The girl rudely said “we’ll have they called you, cause we will call you”. I told her “no, but I was in the area & decided to just check. These people need some better customer service training. Customers aren’t spending $5 or $50 in their store, they are spending hundreds/thousands so, if I want to check to see if my ring has came in from repair, I should be able to do so without the rude attitude from the representatives.

Lynn is super patient and knowledgeable. In the past Ive bought 2 rings and a necklace from her and just recently she helped me while I was looking for a pretty specific ring and once I decided none of the rings there were it, she continued to give me advice knowing I was not going to buy from them. Customer service can be a thankless job so I truly appreciate how dedicated she is to her customers.

Horrible service Lynn is just a miserable rudeness walking I had called and asked to check the status of my repair ring and she just said that the system stated it was still processing which I asked can you please contact the jeweler just to see when it will be done and she said that she is unable to do that and I mentioned that she needed to do her job because customer service is part of it. Lynn hung up on me and I called back and spoke with Natalie and she was more that kind and actually contacted the jeweler and while she was doing her diligence come to find out that UPS delivered it that day and I was just ready to Pick it up immediately. My instinct was totally on point.

Absolute WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. Ive bought a promise ring, engagement ring, and 2 wedding bands through them, and it seems like the more money I spend with them, the worse things get. Still awaiting my engagement ring (which Ive had to send out twice in a row because incompetent people cant do their job correctly). Its been 2 months since I havent been able to wear my ring... Will not be purchasing anything else through them again. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I went to the store yesterday to get my necklace fixed, and a lady name Sandy approached me. I was trying to let her know that this was the same necklace I just picked up last month from getting fixed and need to get it sent out or replaced. I gave her my information to look up my account, she said she didnt see anything covered under warranty. I informed her that everything I have ever purchased was purchased with a warranty. I asked her to please check again and she got upset and start to yell at me!! SMH! Disrespectful lady!! Than, she start talking about Im not a responsible person and I need to start being responsible because I didnt have the actual paper with me. I had to remain calm because Lord knows, I wouldve went TF off!The lady that helped me last month overheard the commotion and came to assist. She went straight to the computer and pulled up all my information and warranty. It took her less than 5 minutes to get everything together!! That Sandy lady definitely dont need to be employed there at all!!! Zales needs to do better! I been a customer here since 2007. This is definitely my last year!

Novelyn is very rude and unprofessional I came in to get my ring fixed because a different employee the day before told me to glue the ring guard closed until we got it sized and if I got glue on the ring that they will be able to take the glue off so I came in and was approached by Novelyn I tried to explain to her about what had happened and what I was told to do I told her I had glue all over my ring and if there was a way to get it off she was to focused on the guard and why the guard was on the ring she kept saying it didn’t matter if glue was on the guard but I kept telling her it was on my diamond as well . Then she said she would take it in to get cleaned then asked if I still want the guard on the ring to which I replied no the guard was on there until I got it sized if she was going to send it out might as well send it out for sizing as well this is where everything took a whole 360 NOVELYN decided to think I was being rude and yell at me across the store saying that I need to stop being rude before she called security on me which all I was doing was trying to get the glue off my ring as soon as possible so I got my ring back and asked her to get me a different person if she wasn’t gonna be helpful as to she replied “ THE OTHER GIRL WILL HELP U WHENEVER SHE HELPS U “ and continued to sit and wait and stare behind me . When the other girl approached I started explaining to her what happened to my ring when all of a sudden NOVELYN Decided to speak over me and say I was blaming her for the glue on my ring which I was not I was explaining that an employee had told me to do this never said it was her she wasn’t even working the day before . So she walked away and the other worker was very helpful and helped me out and sent my ring out . One thing that really bugged me is this wasn’t the first encounter I had with her being rude and it was unnecessary to threaten security on me and when I got her name she said “ OH SWEETIE YOU CAN GET MY NAME ALL YOU WANT IM NOT GOING ANYWHERE “ so I spoke to customer service hr and her manager . This was very unnecessary all I wanted was my ring to be cleaned or fixed in anyway.

Novelyn was the rudest customer care service representative I have ever come in contact with. I misplaced my diamond replacement paper over a year ago and since then have brought it in to two other Zales with no problem. When I came in today to have my ring cleaned and inspected at the Stockton Zales she was treating me as if I were incompetent
