Took 6 days for a 2 day job. Had to bring my car back twice for the job to be redone and still has what he calls nibs in the paint and says he cant remove them. His excuse for the long time doing the car was he couldnt get the parts, but he just shouldnt of had me bring the car in then.

When I got stranded with a flat tire I called Brian who sent me a tow truck almost immediately. (I dont have AAA). He fixed my tire and had my car back on the road in no time. Great service.

Brian was GREAT and handled the insurance, the car rental, fixed the car BEAUTIFULLY and had it ready BEFORE promised, because he knew I was coming home for Christmas. Great personality, great customer presence, super outgoing... but when they have your car, they drive it. A lot! I brought my car in on a half tank and got it back on empty and the entire contents of the trunk was tossed around. That was one heck of a joy ride. I emailed the owner about this and never heard back. So understand, he only wants to know the good things, not the bad, which tells me he doesnt care if his staff mistreats your car. A simple apology wouldve sufficed but to be totally ignored... if you dont mind your car going for joy rides and having your items tossed around, which means they beat on it, then this is your body shop. Otherwise, find another shop.

Brian and his team are professional and courteous. Ive had both body work and auto repairs done at this shop. Attention to detail is meticulous, pricing is always fair, and when doing auto repairs, they dont jump to conclusions. Its never, you need a new X, which is a common thing at many places. Brian is an expert diagnostician. He finds the actual problem and fixes whats needed. Hansens body work is excellent, and his crew works quickly and very cleanly.

Went to get a quote for my 12 year old SUV and was told its $40 to provide a quote for anything over 10 years old. However, I was told if you get the work done by them they credit the $40 to you.I didnt get the quote since Schocks offers free quotes but I will say the owner was friendly to me. Fortunately didnt have a bad experience like some others.

I have been a client of Hansen Auto Body and Automotive for years. I take very good care of my vehicles and Brian Hansen is the only person, I believe, in that field, who gets it! So many of these other shops, your car is just another hunk of metal. I care a lot, not only about the work being done but how my vehicle is treated and Brain and his people are tops. Every time I have called him he has pretty much taken over and has even been my voice to the insurance company to get the desired parts. He understands a great job and not just a good job. I would trust him with any work to be done on my vehicles. I have referred people to him and they have thanked me repeatedly for the anti-stress dealings with Brian and Hansens Auto Body & Automotive.

Extremely RUDE - Stay Away!!!Based on reviews, I called Brian at Hansen Auto Body for quote. He seemed normal enough on the phone so I made an appointment to meet with him. At the appointed time, I arrived and noticed that there did not appear to be available parking in the front of his building, so I drove around and parked in the back. I saw a door labeled,Entrance and I entered. I immediately heard a voice yelling very loudly and berating me for parking in the back of the building and entering through the back door. This went on for a while with him continuing to yell out from beneath the car he was working on. To this moment I have not met him face to face.I have never been treated so unbelievably rudely by an organization that relies on customer service for its livelihood. I am sure he would say it was a safety issue - which would seem to indicate that he needs to post a warning on the back door telling people not to enter.Stay away from this place - you will not be treated well! His positive reviews must have been written by friends and family.

I cant even put into words how RUDE and disrespectful Brian was to us today. After viewing his commercials, we thought, wow he seems like such a nice guy, and he is local, lets give him some business. DONT BE FOOLED!! Brian was rude, yelling and extremely nasty. We went in looking for a price on a job and he cut us off and said not interested- collision pays way better. He was so rude that we thought perhaps he was joking and he just got nastier from there. Dont waste your time going here. Such a terrible experience. Reading reviews now and it seems like this is a common issue that people face with him.

My 2005 Chrysler 300 w/ stroked out engine has acquired some dings and dents throughout the years that I wanted to fix, get some molding removed and others replaced. Same with bumper covers and then have the whole car repainted. Saw his commercials, little guy looking out for you type stuff. I gave a call, told them I wanted to make appointment for estimate. I was told $40, no problem. Puts me on hold, comes back says how about today @ 3pm, cool see you then, claims I need to bring cash, huh, ok cool. Calls back 12 mins later saying dont come, they are canceling. They dont do restorations. Odd. I simply want them to look at the car and fix some dents and dings. Ill go somewhere else to have it completely painted. NOPE, we dont do restorations.

I checked the reviews before i went in person, then i called to get an estimate and owner disrespected me on the phone, good sign to not do business here.

Ive been taking my cars to Hansen Auto Body for approximately 8 years now. Hansen put my 2006 Ford Escape back together after I hit a deer when the car was only a couple of months old. It looked brand new again when they got done.Brian and his team at this family run business are a pleasure to deal with. I use them now for both mechanical as well as body work and they have always exceeded my expectations. They do the job right for a reasonable price and I have never seen them recommend work that was not necessary.I am quite frankly shocked at the few negative reviews on Google. Their comments do NOT reflect the Brian Hansen I know. Turn your auto work over to Hansen Auto Body and give yourself some piece of mind!

Fortunately not a huge amount of experience with collision/repair shops but this one was great.Brian updated me almost daily on what was going on with our Jeep and when it would most likely be finished. Time to completion in my estimation was fast, 3 days.When I was finally able to pick up the car, Brian was patient with my delays, schedule and the snowstorm, it looked like new.He also cleaned our vehicle inside and out.Also to note, he did handle all insurance issues making the repair seamless and easy.Thanks Brian,Chris

Brian was rude and unwilling to assist with some very basic questions. It seemed like he wanted to do everything not to be helpful and ultimately not get the business. I called a local competitor and asked the same questions and got very responsive answers and a lot of help.
