AVOID AVOID AVOIDI took my ~$80k car to Panache Auto Werke in Stratford, CT to have the front bumper repaired following a prior incident of damage. The repair was to be paid for by the insurance company of a 3rd party.When I picked up the car, the auto body work was embarrassingly poor to say the least. There were both concave and convex bumps in the finish - totally unacceptable. It was certainly not on par considering the level of boasting by the shop owner that constantly touted that it was a high end facility that works on “million dollar cars” and the like…If that wasn’t enough, my car had obvious signs of intentional vandalism and off road use. The door panels, wheels, etc. had key marks and scratches all over. There were also dents and dings in various places. The wheels had mud on them, something that you could not possibly have present if there was any truth to their claims of the car never leaving the facility and being parked indoors for its repair.On pickup I found out that they actually outsourced the work to another shop without my knowledge or authorization. Had I known this from the start, I would have NEVER even gone there in the first place. So I honestly have ZERO clue as to where my car went or who had contact with it.When I asked for video footage of any of this, they refused. They even went so far as to suggesting that I commit insurance fraud to avoid involving them or their insurance in covering the cost of the repair to the poor workmanship and vandalism damages. I have all of this on recording.Both the owners and employees are all in on their schemes. They are all a bunch of lying frauds with ZERO accountability. Do yourself a favor and steer WELL clear of this place and SPREAD THE WORD so that your friends don’t get blindsided like I did.

Panache did a great job on tinting my Tesla Model S and doing a much needed detail. Its been over a year and it is holding up well. Reasonable price, clean shop, friendly owners, good service.

Brought my M2 in for a steering wheel swap taking off my Mpeformace one for a Oem one. They either broke my cruise control or left it in the Mpeformace wheel they claim that “my wheel was missing the plug” not possible every wheel and car comes standard with cruise control and it shouldn’t of even been touched. So that delayed the whole process a few days it was aggravating but not the end of the world. I come to pick up my car they charge me a extra $200 for “car storage and moving my car around the shop” what??? How should I pay for that when it was the shops fault that my car got delayed a few extra days. Panache auto will not be earning my business anymore overpriced and no customer service at all. They didn’t mention anything about charging me more until I came to pick up!!!

This is a great place if you love your car! found this place randomly a while ago. they put on the carbon fiber front diffuser for my Maserati and when I was looking for an exhaust system for my m4 I was in the shop just asking a few questions, I saw the m3 he own and the exhaust system caught my eye, they pulled the car out showed me the exhaust and man it sounded awesome just what I wanted. I wanted it right a way that day but they didnt have it in stock, so me being selfish asked them to sell me the one that was already on the car, I was ready to pay full price for it since it only had been on his car for days but they cut me a really good deal because I wanted it and its slightly used. needless to say I was really happy with it. almost a year later now I still have the exhaust system on the car, gets thumbs ups all the time. these guys knows what they are doing and what you want done!!

The hand wash is nice but they’re not professional and they don’t even welcome their customers. They make it seem like they don’t need the business. Also had tints done .. charged me 250$ on a coupe.. car had bubbles all over... go to aci they’re the real deal. Been giving them all my busniess and they’re super friendly and authentic! wish this place had better owners or better management. young kids work here. It’s not an actual shop they sub out everything.

Just got calipers painted. Customer service was the best and was patient with all the questions I had. Job came out as I hoped. Got nice compliments.

Great place, they offer a REAL hand car wash. They use foam guns to clean your car gently. These guys really know what theyre doing. If your a car person or just care about your car in general, this it the place to go. Very nice staff, wont leave swirl marks or scratches in your car. Hands down the best car wash Ive ever been to.

I just got my windows tinted on my Tesla Model 3 at this shop. The guys are very professional and knowledgeable. They did a 3M tint on all windows except the front windshield which I didn’t want to do. They also did a full one piece tint on the black window which not every shop can do. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a professional tint job.

Raj are very hepful i have been ordering a lots of part from Panache Auto Werke Everytime he takes care of me and never had any issues with them. i will highly recommended this shop.

Super fast and great work done as always by these guys. They walked me through their tint selection and didn’t pressure me to buy anything. They showed me how it would look on my Tesla and I’m astonished at the finished product. I can’t wait to drive the car now.

I live in Fairfield and brought my Range Rover SVR at panache and it’s been an amazing experience over all. I got ceramic pro lifetime on it and also got the wheels done as well to help against the brake dust. Jon walked me over the entire process of the application and explained the benefits. It’s reasonably priced and all I can say is this is one the best spots in Connecticut to get work done. They’re very professional and willing to work with you. I also noticed they have a dyno and can fulfill my tuning needs in future. I’ll be coming back for sure

Fantastic place to get your car or truck washed. No ugly swirl marks because your vehicle is foam sprayed then washed by hand. All of the gaps in the different panels are blown out with air before it is towel dried. They use quality products and a tremendous amount of care, give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Amazing place got my M4 done with Crystalline tints and XPEL frontal with Ceramic Pro. Love the way car came out. These guys are really professional and i enjoyed getting quality work done from them. Hands down one of the best shop in CT

Love getting my cars detailed by them. Always leave with a showroom finish. Also for the work they do on vehicles are great. Theres nothing better then a group of people with a high passion for automobiles working on my cars.

These guys are complete scammers, they’ll tell you 1 thing and turn around and do something thats more beneficial for them and wayyyyy cheaper to do. They’re also veryyy sneakyy!! They’ll remove brand new parts from your vehicle and will switch it for a used part that they have in shop just to sell it to the next customer for a higher price ... Highly recommend you to NOT shop with these type of guys...

Just Finished Installing My KW V3s coilovers thanks to the mechanics at Panache Auto Werke 😏👍🏾 I must say they a phenomenal job installing these coils car drives better than ever 😉, if you guys ever looking to get some work done whether, Xpel paint protection, window tints, ceramic pro, suspension, or carbon fiber install, or even a detail wash, these guys do it all check them out I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed at all !!!!

This business is very unprofessional. They have young unskilled kids doing the work. They had to perform a simple task, replace the TPMS sensors in my custom wheels. The wheels were less than 3 weeks old, they managed to damage the paint on 3 of them, and when the owner called me... it was my fault because the Ceramic paint on them is very delicate... The shop that mounted the tires in first place had no issue at all. Basically they have no customer service. I am a very knowledgeable car person, I am an automotive engineer, I ran several repair shops and a speedshop. I had to teach them how to install a TPMS sensor after they kept on putting the seals on the wrong side. Several other reviews on this profile are from the owners themselves (Raj is one of them). When a business owner resorts to praising himself, you should turn around and run away. I was there a whole afternoon, nobody other than myself, a business manager and the two young kids that were working ever showed up. I run a series of cars shown in Connecticut, I offered Panache to sponsor one of them for a very low price to help them get their business off the ground. As soon as I experienced for myself the service I immediately refunded them out of my own pocket, after the event was two weeks ago, since I did not want to be associated with people like this. Bottom line, I have 3 damaged wheels, I paid them for their service... and I gave them back their $150.00 sponsorship fee out of my own pocket. This is the type of company they are.... you be the judge.

Worst car detailing

So Far....Getting some work done now, the team just finished tints.... Ive had 10+ tint jobs in my day and these guys killed it. Testing the 9H wrap this week.Showroom cars are 2nd to none.
