There have been times I barely get out of my car or reach the business door before someone offers assistance. When I hear of complaints in or about any business it revolves around knowledge and understanding. This shop has both. Why? Consistency and directness.

My wife went in for emissions. The owner Vinny was the only one not wearing a mask. He also took 3 men who came in after my wife while she was waiting before her. This was after he complained its going to be one of those days. So my hardy thank you for rubbing us the wrong way with such a simple process. I wish I was there.

WARNING: If an auto repair shop cannot quote you a reliable price before they start working on your car, others can and will. Of course from multiple experiences I would expect this guy to end up breaking things not normally removed for the repair. This cost will be passed to you. Most repairs are $600 by the time your car is released.Gas here on average is a full $ .10 over other full service stations in town. Thanks for going for the shiny SUV first, made me remember a better station on Main.Emissions is the only thing they do right. Its hard to mess up with the computer controlled testing and an eye scan to identify the person running said test.Proceed with caution.
