Burns NAILED the installation of my aftermarket wheels and tires. They also installed spacers I gave them, which not a lot of tire shops will do. Awesome prices and the technicians come out and talk to you directly and visually show you issues (if issues come up). Really surprised they managed to fit me in the schedule but theres no messing around, no upselling, whatever. Awesome guys.

True Professionals. On a long trip I had to stop at one the tire giants because of tire imbalance. 40 bucks later, on the road, the car is still shaking. Once back in my home town, I went to the same tire giant to correct the poor balancing. Still unsolved.These guys, in 20 minutes, had me back on the road and riding like I was on rails. Great care, great communications, and excellent technical work. Absolutely worth the drive down to their shop. Give them a job, and you will be happy that you did. Highly recommended.

I stop by after work about 30 minutes before they closed To get a slow leak looked at. They took my car immediately. Only about 10 minutes later they came around with my car job finished, I walk up to the counter to pay and the gentleman tells me don’t worry about it. The best place to go for tires and wheels. Towing multiple trailers with multiple trucks we are consistently replacing tires. Rich has always taken care of us and gotten us in and out so we can go back to making money. Even when it’s our personal vehicles you always get a fair price and fast service. One of the most professional and affordable places around. Never tries to up-sell on More expensive brands and will always offer many options for each specific replacement.

Burns Tire, outstanding customer service. My daughters car had after market wheels and lug nuts that did not come with the car. One of the wheels was missing a lug nut. I took the car to the tire dealer where she purchased the wheels and their response was we dont sell lug nuts. I stopped at Burns Tire, they looked at wheel, had the correct lug nut for the style wheel, installed it at no charge. Outstanding, from this day forward, I will go to them for all of my tire purchases.

Winter tire swap. Provided ccurate quote and time it would take to do the job when I called ahead. Gave my wife the same quote a few weeks back, so they seem fair as far as that goes. Nice and knowledgeable folks who pulled me into the back to show me a few things that need fixing on the vehicle, and gave me an idea of the lifespan of the tires I have. For some reason the whole place smells like new rubber.

I woke up to a completely flat tire this morning. I drove to the gas station and filled it with air so I could drive to Burns for a new tire. I thought I ruined the tire by driving it with the flat. When they opened, I asked to purchase a new tire, the gentleman was very nice and said to let him take a look at it. 20 min later my tire was fixed. I ran over a screw. My tire was fixed with no charge. He could of easily made a sale. HONEST AND RELIABLE 5 plus stars

The guy (Rich?) @ the counter was very helpful, showed me a few sets of tires that make sense to my driving and budget, and the quotes I received were better priced than Town Fair. When I’m ready I’m getting my tires here. This will change to 5 stars once I purchase.

Had a flat tire. Googled some tire places. Went to Burns based on reviews. They did not steer me wrong! Got a new tire that exactly matched the existing 3 tires on my car. After I left with the tire replaced, I heard a weird noise coming from the car. Returned right away and the owner checked it out, couldnt see anything wrong and sent me on my way. I still heard the noise so I went right back again. He offered me a few options as to what it might be and never waivered in trying to help me fix the problem, actually test driving it twice himself. Turned out to just be rock stuck in the tire. No attitude, no making me feel like oh well, you already paid, not my problem. Problem solved, all in under an hour. Fast service, fair prices, and excellent customer service!

Great customer service! Brought my truck in with a flat tire in the bed. Not only did they patch the tire, they put it back on, put the spare back under the truck, and put the car jack (that I had left on the floor of the cab) back in its little storage spot! They got beyond basic service. Ive purchased tires there before, and will continue to do so.

Burns is great. When I called for pricing, they were the lowest around and when I asked how soon I could make an appointment the guy on the phone said come on down now. Perfect! An hour later and I had 4 new all season tires on my Audi. Cant beat the price and service.

Great little spot. Customer service is great and they are honest. You have to get there early though or youll wait a little. The work is very affordable but you pay for what you get. I got my tire fixed here​ and within a week it was flat and I had to come get it fixed again (they didnt charge me the second time). And about 6 months later the same tire is flat again. But for the price, I guess its not bad.

Used to go to Town Fair until they screwed my truck up. Found Burns and havent been anywhere else since. Rich and the guys go above and beyond for their customers, rides to/from, picking up your car, helping out a stranded family member if they get a flat. They can get you any tire you want and know their craft inside and out.Ive always had the greatest service from them and they take all major cards and will work with you to make things work with your timetable to get everything done.Rich has been a big supporter of my kids school fundraising efforts and if nothing else thats a good reason to give him all my business - hes a good part of the community.

If your looking for great customer service and the best prices Burns is the place to go I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and I haven’t had a better tire buying or repair experience anywhere.

I asked for recommendations on a good tire place and about five people told me this place.... I didn’t think it would be this great! I would never go anywhere else!

I have been using Burns for a few years now, never had any issues until today. One of their genius mechanics could not get a lug nut off (which I put on by hand wrench), instead of coming to tell me this info l, he decides its a good idea to try and take the nut off with the wrong size socket, and not once, but 3 times. So they finally tell me, and when I see it the nut is completely rounded, and better yet, they have no idea how to fix the issue. Instead I get a comment from the owner that they cant put 4 new tires on, that I have to deal with the 3 new ones, and basically to figure out the mess on your own. They would not take any responsibility, so the next day I wanted 4 hours at the dealership to have them drill out the stud and replace with new. I get back to burns and they act like nothing ever happened. Smh. Didnt even offer a discounted price on the labor. So what did I get for using Burns?? Lost a day of work, paid an extra unnecessary Bill from a dealership no less, and a headache from the incompetence. Very disappointed with these guys. I will never use or recommend them ever again.
